Early life

Kai and Nya were very young when their parents were taken from them

Nya and her brother Kai were raised by their father, a blacksmith, and their mother in the town of Ignacia. Unbeknownst to Nya, she inherited her mother's control over the element of Water. Nya was named after Nyad, the first Elemental Master of Water, whom Maya believed only to be a myth. When Nya was small, Maya told her a story about Nyad, though Nya forgot about it over time.

When Nya and Kai were young, Ray would tell them stories of the dragons, mystical creatures that belonged to both the world of the living and of the dead. He would often teach them proverbs such as "No matter how much fire you have, experience isn't something you learn overnight" and "The world works in mysterious ways. At one point, young Nya and Kai met Wu, a friend of their parents.

After their parents went missing around the time when Nya was 3 years old, the siblings inherited his shop, Four Weapons, and Kai continued his father's legacy while Nya managed the store itself.^{[citation needed]} At one point, the two had a babysitter named Grumbmiller who they disliked and would trip when she made them go to bed early. Because Grumbmiller's cooking was subpar, Nya would often volunteer to make dinner.

At school, Nya went on a number of field trips to the Ninjago Museum of History.

Way of the Ninja

Working in Four Weapons

One morning the two were working in the store when Kai showed off how to craft a sword, only to make it too quickly and be rendered useless. Nya reminded her brother to take his time and of their late father's advice to be patient. They were soon interrupted as the shop was visited by an old man who complained that none of the merchandise was suited for a Ninja. After Kai told the man off for loitering, Nya motioned for him to attempt to make a sale, though by then the man had vanished. Moments later, a dark cloud appeared and the small village fell under attack by the Skulkin army. Kai suited up for battle and order Nya to stay inside, though not wanting to be left out of the action, she grabbed a Nin-Jô and joined her brother in battle. However, Nya was quickly captured by the Skull Truck and taken away.

Nya was eventually taken to the Fire Temple where she was used as bait to lure Kai there. There, Garmadon threatened Kai to remove the Sword of Fire for him, warning him that he needed a weapon to sever the chain carrying his sister and save her, or she'll be dropped into the lava below. Despite her pleads for her brother not to go by his demands, Kai unsheathed the Golden Weapon and severed the chain, freeing her just before she could be plunged into the lava. Motioned to stay behind her brother, Nya watched as Garmadon summoned several shadows to mercilessly defeat Kai, remarking angrily on his underhanded tactics. However, the two were saved by Master Wu, only to be attacked by the Fire Dragon. Even as Master Wu took the Sword of Fire through the Underworld entrance, she warns her grieving brother of the dangerous beast.

Weapons of Destiny

Awaiting Kai's return

The Fire Dragon soon realized that they were just trying to protect the weapon as well and became friendly with Nya and Kai. Cole, Jay, and Zane soon arrived at the temple, and Nya mentioned that their father used to tell them stories about the Dragons and how they ferried between their world and the Underworld. Jay asks Nya if she likes the color blue, to which she replies that it is her favorite. Unbeknownst to Jay, Nya gained feelings for him in this moment and saw them having a future together. The two siblings then agree to part ways, and Nya tells the ninja that she'll light a candle in the shop window until they returned.

Nya did as promised, and before long the ninja returned, she rushed out overjoyed to see them, hugging both her brother and Jay. She stated how happy she was they were back, though Kai was quick to remind her that it wasn't over and that Garmadon would one day return.

Taking on the skeletons

With peace restored to Ninjago, Nya decided to move into the Monastery of Spinjitzu with the ninja. Jay flew her back to Four Weapons on his Lightning Dragon for her to pick up a few things. However, upon arriving at the shop, she was ambushed by Wyplash, Krazi, Bonezai, and Chopov. After briefly distracting the group, she knocked Wyplash and Krazi to the ground before springing a trap on Chopov and kicking Bonezai. Nya managed to take the upper hand by cleverly using a gong, but the noise caught Jay's attention and he came charging in, only to find Nya alright. He questioned what the commotion was about, but she explained she had knocked over a few samurai helmets. The two then flew back to the monastery.

Return to the Fire Temple

Riding Flame

At one point, Nya and Kai took a ride on the Fire Dragon, whom he named "Flame." Suddenly, Flame veered off course and took the two to the Fire Temple where he showed them a secret entrance to the Underworld, which Wyplash a few other Skulkin were using at the time. Kai, however, fell off the edge and was trapped by the Skulkin, though Nya and Flame sent them in retreat. The two eventually used Flame to succesfully destroy the entrance to the Underworld, to avoid any more attacks from the Skulkin.

Warning of Garmadon's return

Ninjago's era of peace soon came to an end as Nya heard that Lord Garmadon had been spotted approaching Jamanakai Village. She rushed to warn the Ninja, who had become rather lazy with peace, and thus scrambled to get on their dragons. When Kai suited up on Flame, Nya inquired if she could do anything to help, but Kai told her that it was a job for a Ninja, only to then ask her to hand him up the reigns. As the Ninja flew away, Nya asked Wu if they would ever reach their true potential.

With Kai

While the Ninja were away, Nya used the time to attempt to beat her brother's record on the training course. She only managed to get halfway however before she was knocked off by the spinning axe. The Ninja returned, the crisis merely being Lloyd Garmadon after all. While the Ninja held a match to see who was the Green Ninja, Nya decided to instead visit Jamanakai Village.

At Jamanakai

During her visit, Nya witnessed Lloyd raid the village again for candy, only this time with the Hypnobrai, who promptly control all of the village's citizens. Nya however managed to avoid their hypnotizing stare and held out until the Ninja arrived. She informed them not to look the Hypnobrai in the eyes when they rattle their tails, and also noted that the General of the tribe is holding the Hypnobrai Staff, which contained the anti-venom to cure the villagers. As the Ninja prepare to attack, Jay makes Nya their honorary member of their team, much to her annoyance.

As the "honorary member"

During the ensuing battle, Cole managed to take the Staff from Slithraa, though briefly falls under the hypnotism of Skales before Nya dealt the snake warrior a kick in the face. As the Hypnobrai retreated, Nya orders Cole to place the staff in the fountain, so the anti-venom can be distributed through the water supply and restore the villagers back to their normal selves.

Listening to Wu

Wu soon arrived and the Ninja, realizing the error of their ways, asked their master to help them reach their true potential. As they left the village, Nya asked him when she would get her own dragon, though Wu assured her that her time would come.

Home

On Zane's night to cook, Nya joined Wu and the Ninja in the monastery's dining hall. When Zane entered in a pink apron, Nya began to laugh with the others, noting that even she wouldn't wear such a thing. When Cole later started a food fight, Nya joined in.

The next day after the Ninja had left to destroy Lloyd's treehouse fortress, Nya and Wu rode Flame to the scene, arriving just it time to save them from the collapsing structure. They returned to the monastery to find it engulfed in flames, as the Hypnobrai had burned it when they reclaimed their staff.

Nya and the Ninja lived for a short time in a makeshift shelter in the Sea of Sand until Zane discovered Destiny's Bounty and they made it their new home.

Snakebit

Nya, impressed that the Ninja cleaned up the Bounty, informed they were going to have visitors, Jay's mom and dad. She then offered them a tour of the Bounty.

The next day, she went with Jay to visit their junkyard, only to find it taken over by the Fangpyre tribe and Jay's parents slowly turning into Serpentine. She helped fend them off and caught Jay when he fell out of his Storm Glider. When they got back to the Bounty, she made an antidote for Ed and Edna.

Never Trust a Snake

In Zane's dream, Nya informed him that no one was safe with Lloyd and the Serpentine at large.

When the alarm for the Bounty went off, she told the Ninja that Lloyd and Pythor had invaded Darkley’s. In order to help the Ninja stop them, she agreed to drop the anchor so that they could get in the school.

Can of Worms

After Pythor stole the Map of Dens from Lloyd, Nya figured out the locations of the Constrictai and Venomari tombs based on the locations of the first three tombs. Later, when the Ninja were trapped in the Toxic Bogs, Samurai X arrived and pulled them to safety before scaring off the snakes. When the Ninja approached the Samurai to thank her, she sprayed them with sleeping gas. She then flew off just as the Destiny's Bounty arrived.

The Snake King

After the ninja got their new ZX suits, Nya reported that Serpentine were terrorizing the amusement park. The Ninja were more than ready to reply to the call. Upon arriving, however, the Ninja found that Samurai X had taken care of the snakes, tying them up in rope. The Ninja were under the belief that whoever caught the Samurai would be the Green Ninja, and so placed a bet. A montage showed how they tried in different ways to capture the Samurai but to no avail.

Back at the Destiny's Bounty, the Ninja complained about their failed attempts to try and capture the Samurai. After realizing Lloyd wasn't with them, the Ninja tracked him down to the Lost City of Ouroboros. However, upon arriving they realized it was a trap when they were captured by Pythor. Pythor announced another Slither Pit for the entertainment of the Serpentine, to found out whether the Ninja or Samurai were stronger than the other. Although seeming to fight, Samurai X revealed he was just putting on a show until an opportunity presented itself, and helped the Ninja escape. After the Samurai's exo-suit malfunctioned, they landed in the desert. Cole, Zane, and Jay landed together in the desert, but Kai landed nearby the Samurai, where he discovered that Nya was Samurai X once she removed her mask.

After a discussion, Kai complimented his sister's actions and she happily accepted them before becoming relieved when her brother promised not to tell the others about her secret. She summoned her armor to pick her up and left the area while giving him the item he was looking for.

That night on the Bounty, she was pleased to see Kai had kept his word on not telling the others before Wu gave her advice and told her that "sibling sharpens sibling."

Tick Tock

During the Ninjas' attempts to reach peak physical condition, Nya and Jay helped as additional weights for Cole.

After Master Wu left to find someone to be of aid, Nya and the Ninja went to Jamanakai Village and hung up "missing Fang Blade" posters. Jay mentioned that he thought Wu was getting the mysterious samurai for help, though Nya and Kai were quick to dismiss such an idea. They were quickly distracted by the matter however, as Zane spotted the falcon. Kai ordered Nya to return to the Destiny's Bounty while they followed the bird, and she begrudgingly agreed.

Once Bitten, Twice Shy

After some nearby villagers unearthed a Fangpyre skeleton, Nya examined it and determined that the effects of their venom could be undone if one's heart-rate is dramatically increased. She presented her findings to the Ninja at a meeting, though it was interrupted as Jay had been tricked into wearing perfume (which Nya was allergic to) by Kai. After the other Ninja had left, Jay apologized, saying he only did it to impress her. To make it up to her, he offered to take her out to a fancy restaurant on a date. Nya eagerly accepted, though quickly left before the perfume toxins could enter her bloodstream. While, unbeknownst to her, Jay pricked his hand on the skeleton.

Later in the day, she dawned her Samurai X attire and returned to the Bounty just as Jay asked to move their date to Mega Monster Amusement Park. As her bracelet revealed that Serpentine had been spotted there, she accepted and dressed up for the occasion, though secretly hid her samurai gear inside her purse.

At the amusement park's restaurant, Nya and Jay split a meal, though it was still too large for either of them to finish. Jay claimed that he was the first to get his knot badge in little scouts and that he tried daring foods, though Nya was increasingly distracted by the alert of nearby Serpentine. Jay soon began complaining about how much he hated the Samurai, to which Nya quietly agreed with him. He soon excused himself however and when he didn't show signs of returning, she decided that duty called and raced out of the restaurant.

Finding a deserted alleyway in the park, Nya changed into Samurai X and jumped into her mech. She arrived at the entrance of the Ghost Train ride just as Pythor and the other Serpentine were leaving with the first Fang Blade. Using one of the functions of her suit, she grabbed the blade only to find that her mech's boosters had malfunctioned. She fled on foot with Serpentine pursuing her, though eventually was ambushed by Constrictai who disabled the mech. Pythor ordered her helmet to be removed to discover the identity of the mystery man, though quickly corrected himself upon it being revealed the samurai was female.

Nya was tied to a roller coaster cart, bound for doom as the Serpentine had destroyed a part of the track. Jay soon arrived to help her, though Pythor then ordered for the cart to be started on its wild ride. Nya discovered that Jay had been bitten by the Fangpyre, though he hadn't told her so it wouldn't ruin their date. She then remembered Jay's accomplishment of being the first to receive the knot badge, though when she brought it up he admitted he had made it up to impress her. As the cart drew closer to the flaming hole, Jay began frantically calling for the Samurai to help them. It was then that Nya revealed that hadn't been entirely honest and that she was in fact the Samurai. Nearing the end, Nya told Jay that she liked him best when he was himself and kissed him, restoring him back to normal. Coming to terms with this, the Blue Ninja was able to unlock his True Potential and save them.

Later, the two met up with the other Ninja and revealed her secret to Cole and Zane. Both were surprised about it, though Cole expressed that he wished he had a sister like her. Kai noted that he had been the first to discover her secret, which meant they he would become the Green Ninja, though the others expressed no recollection of such a bet. Jay then stated that he had learned that day of the importance of being himself, though Cole reminded them that the Serpentine now had the first Fangblade.

The Royal Blacksmiths

On the Destiny's Bounty, Nya reminded the Ninja of their current standing with finding the Fangblades and how to find them while Jay is still surprised she was Samurai X, something Kai was already over. Cole soon discovered the next Fangblade was the Blade Cup, a trophy won by his father, and his dance team, The Royal Blacksmiths and the Ninja set off to find out from Lou who had the Cup now.

Nya was seen in the audience during the show and cheered when the Ninja, as Spin Harmony, won.

The Green Ninja

After Wu came back, she and the Ninja went to greet him, and to their surprise, Garmadon. She and Kai went to the deck to prepare for Serpentine, but Kai states that he must unlock his True Potential.

When Wu suspects Nya to be the Green Ninja, she refused, and told Kai, who was eavesdropping on them, that she's happy being a Samurai. Jay told them the Falcon spotted the Serpentine in the Fire Temple, and they prepare to fight. However, Kai went off to stop Garmadon from stealing the Golden Weapons, much to their disappointments. Nya stayed behind on the Bounty and instructs the Ninja not to use their weapons, as the Temple is unstable.

When everyone but Kai and Lloyd made it out of the Temple on time, Nya was upset but cheered up when she sees them and was told Kai unlocked his True Potential.

Back inside the Bounty, Kai informed them Lloyd was the Green Ninja. The Golden Weapons reacted in front of him, signaling Lloyd is the Green Ninja.

All of Nothing

Nya, Wu, and the ninja headed to the Serpentine's underground fortress to retrieve the Fangblades, but were caught in a Vengestone cage. After Lloyd saved them and they retrieved the Fangblades, the team celebrated, unaware that Pythor had got on board.

The Rise of the Great Devourer

Nya piloted the Bounty to Torchfire Mountain to destroy the Fangblades, but when Pythor stole them, she arrived on her Samurai Mech. The Ninja eventually had to chase the Serpentine, but when Wu detached his and Pythor's car, they waited until Lloyd carried them with the Bounty. They got to the City of Ouroboros but watched as the Devourer swallowed Wu and Pythor.

Day of the Great Devourer

After just barely avoiding the Devourer, she and the others were devastated at the loss of Wu and the Bounty. Kai motivated them to try their best and followed them to Ed and Edna's junkyard, where they created the Ultra Sonic Raider. However, the snake slithered away toward the city.

Without a way to defeat the snake, the Ninja decided to give Garmadon their weapons. After Garmadon defeated it, the Ninja cheered when they saw Wu alive.

Legacy of the Green Ninja

Darkness Shall Rise

After Jay asked if anyone seen Nya, she arrived on her motorbike, along with Wu, claiming to have found a place to live. She handed him a pamphlet saying Patty Keys is a real estate agent that could help them find a place. She then drove off after Wu explained they have to get parts for the Ultra Sonic Raider and the Ultra Dragon’s dragon ointment.

When she and Wu went to their new suite, they had to save Lloyd from Skales. They move back to their old apartment, claiming they don’t need anything other than each other.

Pirates vs. Ninja

After giving the Ultra Dragon its medicine, Nya provided Lloyd with a quick lesson about the dragon, explaining that it would be his one day.

During the Ninjas' fight against Captain Soto's pirates, Nya suited up as Samurai X and came to the Ninjas' aid, defeating the pirates.

Double Trouble

While the Ninja were helping Lloyd train at the dojo, Nya walked into the room and invited Jay to come by the autobody shop, mentioning how he could help her fix the Ultra Sonic Raider in her off time. Later on, she was seen working on the Ultra Sonic Raider when Jay's Doppelgänger showed up. He kissed her as a distraction while he took the keys to the vehicle and drove off, Nya not realizing it wasn't the real Jay.

Ninjaball Run

Nya told the Ninja they could save Dareth's dojo by entering Ninjaball Run. The next day, she told them about a modification with the Ultra Sonic Raider, but due to the loud ambiance, they couldn't hear her. She sat in the audience, watching the Ninja compete.

Child's Play

After the Ninja lectured Lloyd on his responsibilities as the Green Ninja, Nya came in and told them that Garmadon was breaking into the Museum. After Lloyd complained about their opinions, Nya offered to train him. When the Ninja didn't come back the next morning, she became worried. She and Wu headed out to look for them.

Coming back to the Bounty, Nya played a voicemail message from Lloyd that said the Ninja were turned into kids and that they're at Ninjago Doomsday Comix. Wu said they had to go to Mystake's to get some Tomorrow's Tea. When Wu gave the tea to the Ninja just in time, she was surprised to see Lloyd had also grown up into a teenager.

Wrong Place, Wrong Time

While the Ninja were training the newly-aged Lloyd, Nya entered the training room with a watermelon, only for Zane's shurikens to be embedded in the fruit after Lloyd dodged the attack. Nya commented on how quickly Lloyd was improving, but Master Wu told his students to try the exercise again without holding back.

Later, Nya joined the others in infiltrating the Lost City of Ouroboros for what they assumed would be their final battle against Lord Garmadon. When Lloyd froze the tip of Garmadon's Mega Weapon, the villain fled and left his minions to fight the Ninja; after defeating the Serpentine, Nya broke down the door of the building Garmadon had fled to, only to find an open time portal that Garmadon had summoned. As they contemplated the new twist, Ouroboros began to flood with sand—Zane identified this as a consequence of the past being altered. While the Ninja leaped through the portal to undo whatever damage Lord Garmadon was doing, Nya joined Master Wu and Lloyd in fleeing the city before they were buried alive.

In the past, the Ninja discovered Lord Garmadon's plan was to ruin the Skulkin's attempt to kidnap Nya (as seen in "Way of the Ninja"), thereby removing Kai's motivation to train. Despite this, the Master Wu of the past was still able to convince Past Kai to come to the monastery, largely due to Nya encouraging him to go. Unfortunately, Past Kai was highly unmotivated since his sister was with him, forcing the Ninja of the present to kidnap Past Nya and deliver her to the Skulkin. During the kidnapping, Jay almost blew his cover when he automatically apologized to Past Nya for capturing her, but Past Nya was in too much of a fury to care.

After being delivered to the Skulkin, events transpired in the same way as before for Nya until her brother rescued her at the Fire Temple. Instead of his own shadows, Past Kai was attacked by the future version of Lord Garmadon, who had formed an alliance with his past self. More bizarrely still, Nya then bore witness to her brother fighting alongside the future version of himself, shortly before the future versions of the other three Ninja arrived with the Golden Weapons of the past. After the Golden Weapons were used to destroy the Mega Weapon, Past Nya disappeared before Past Kai's eyes as history repaired itself.

The Stone Army

Nya soon received word that strange things were happening at the Ninjago Museum of History and hurried to inform the Ninja. As they raced off, Lloyd took the opportunity and handed off the bag of dragon droppings before she realized what it was.

The Day Ninjago Stood Still

When Ninjago City fell under attack by the Stone Army, Nya piloted the Destiny's Bounty to the designation evacuation point only finding it crawling with Stone Warriors. She relayed the dilemma to the team, who directed her to the top to the NGTV office tower instead. When she arrived, the Ninja and the city's inhabitants were there, but Stone Warriors pursued them. They attacked the boat's boosters, forcing Nya to take off despite Wu and Misako not there yet. Zane however sensed his master's plight and ordered Nya to descend so that when Wu and Misako jumped out of the tower, they landed on the deck of the ship.

The Last Voyage

Though they managed to fly the Bounty to the coast, the ship's boosters were beyond disrepair, and she reported this fact to the Ninja, who were concerned about another attack from the Stone Army. It was then that Misako advised that to go the Temple of Light where they would be able to unlock Elemental powers. Nya noted that the Bounty was unable to fly, but Misako was quick to remind her that as it was a ship, it would still be able to sail to the Dark Island.

While the Ninja wished their goodbyes, Kai placed Dareth in charge of protecting Ninjago. When asked what his elemental power was, Nya suggested "hot air," to which Dareth interpreted as meaning he controlled the wind. Master Wu soon announced that it was time to set sail, and Nya steered the ship out of port.

That evening, Nya watched the horizon with Misako and Wu until Zane received word from his Falcon. They joined the Ninja on the bridge and watched as the Falcon neared the Dark Island. However, no sooner was it over land than a Stone Warrior used a boomerang to disable the mechanical bird. Kai and Nya rushed to comfort the disheartened Nindroid, though they were quickly distracted as a storm was growing on the horizon.

Due to an attack by Starteeth, the Bounty drifted aimlessly the next day. As fate would have it, they eventually crashed onto Lighthouse Island, where none other than Zane's father was imprisoned. They were ushered inside his makeshift home, and Nya listened with the others as the inventor explained how he survived. When the idea of repairing the Bounty's rocket boosters came up, Nya pointed out that the rotors and gears were shot, though the inventor stated it didn't matter.

Island of Darkness

While the Ninja began to look for the Temple of Light, Nya use the time to build the Fire Mech and stowed it at the back of the Earth Driller. When the Ninja returned seeking vehicles, Nya noted that she had packed a surprise before giving Jay a goodbye kiss.

Nya, Misako, Wu, and Dr. Julien observed the events of the Temple of Light from the Bounty's display screen and celebrated when the Golden Dragon was summoned.

The Last Hope

When Dr. Julien repaired the Falcon, the mechanical bird discovered that the Ninja and Misako were being threatened by Garmadon's Stone Army Mech. Nya came to the rescue in the Power Drill, but Garmadon caught up in the jungle and tossed the drill around. After Lloyd disabled the Samurai Mech, Nya drove the Power Drill to the Celestial Clock and watched the Ninjas' search for the Helmet of Shadows' pedestal. Unfortunately, they were unable to stop the countdown in time, and General Kozu captured Nya while the others fell off the mountain.

Return of the Overlord

Nya turned evil

Nya was brought before Lord Garmadon and the Overlord, who were admiring the newly-completed Garmatron. Nya insisted that the Ninja would stop the dark weapon, but Garmadon laughed at her defiance and gagged her with an apple before using her as a test subject for the Dark Matter he intended to use against Ninjago. Corrupted by the Dark Matter, Nya became a loyal servant of the villains and was deployed against the Ninja when they attempted to pursue the Garmatron.

The Ninja stayed behind to occupy their corrupted friend, while Lloyd, Master Wu, and Misako continued to chase the Stone Army. Despite being outnumbered, Nya held the upper hand against the Ninja, as they were unwilling to hurt her with their elemental powers. However, Zane eventually realized that they could use their powers on the environment instead, leaving Nya trapped in a dome of ice while the Ninja moved on. She eventually broke free and reached the beach in time to join the Overlord's forces in passing through a portal to Ninjago City, leaving the heroes stranded on the Island of Darkness.

Rise of the Spinjitzu Master

From atop the Garmatron, Nya observed the Overlord's attack on Ninjago City. After the Overlord regained his true form and transformed the Garmatron into a massive fortress, Nya was stationed on a mobile turret on the outside of the building. She opened fire on Lloyd when he breached the outer wall, crippling his Golden Mech. When the Ninja arrived to support Lloyd, Nya destroyed an ice wall made by Zane but retreated when Dareth took control of the Stone Army by donning the Helmet of Shadows.

When the Stone Army began climbing the tower, Nya shot them off the stairs with her turret. She also fired on the Ultra Dragon and clipped its tail with a shot, forcing it to land. Nya then returned to attacking the Ninja as they climbed the stairs, watching their numbers dwindle as the Overlord infected Cole and Jay with darkness. With Zane staying behind to fend off his corrupted allies, Nya confidently mocked Lloyd's chances of victory, but Kai destroyed her turret and engaged her in combat to allow the Green Ninja to reach the top of the tower.

Nya watched the final battle between the Overlord and Lloyd, who unlocked his full powers as the Ultimate Spinjitzu Master and defeated the embodiment of darkness. With the Overlord's defeat, the darkness infecting Nya's body and mind disappeared, returning her to normal just in time to hug Kai and a similarly-recovered Jay. She is even more surprised to see that the Overlord's defeat has also erased the darkness inside Garmadon, reverting him back to his good self.

Rebooted

The Surge

With no evil to fight, Nya took a job as a teacher at Wu's Academy along with the Ninja. At one point during this era of peace, Nya and Jay established boundaries while the young boys in her classes barely listened.

One day she exited her class during break and was offered pudding by Jay, though she declined. She informed the Ninja they had been given clearance for a field trip to tour the famed Borg Industries. The students were soon loaded onto the bus with Wu and the other Ninja, and Nya drove them to New Ninjago City.

Upon arriving in the upgraded city, Nya became so distracted by all the new technology that she accidentally crashed the bus into the Postman's hover-car. They decided to walk the rest of the way to Borg Tower while their bus was repaired. Inside the building, they were met by P.I.X.A.L. who guided them on their tour, though the Ninja were sent to speak with Borg.

While on the tour, Nya and some of the female students came across a "Perfect Match" machine and Sally encouraged her to try it. The young student noted that it would no doubt be Jay, but to everyone's surprise, it turned out to be Cole. Horrified of the results, Nya ordered them not to tell anyone and they quickly continued to the next part of the tour.

P.I.X.A.L. brought the students, Wu, and Nya to the factory line, though unfortunately at that moment, the Digital Overlord took over the machines, burning everything against them, including P.I.X.A.L. herself. Nya sprang into action to protect the children from the deadly machines, and they narrowly escaped the factory. They were picked up by the Ninja in a hover-copter and taken to the school bus where Kai ordered her sister to take the students back to the school and get Lloyd while they protected the city.

Once at the school, Nya frantically searched for Lloyd, at one point coming across Dareth who was more concerned that he was missing his favorite show. She eventually found the Gold Ninja and sent him to the city to help.

The Art of the Silent Fist

Nya met up with the Ninja outside Garmadon's monastery and helped them hide their vehicles with branches. She presented Lloyd with his Techno Robes to protect him from drones and they entered the monastery where they were met by students of Garmadon. She watched as both Cole and Jay played with them, her mind still on the results of the Perfect Match machine. She was confronted by Misako who recognized Nya's dilemma as she, herself, once had to choose between Wu and Garmadon.

That night, Nya participated in Master Garmadon's class and learned about the silent fist. Their class was soon interrupted however as Zane returned with a captive P.I.X.A.L. Moments after she was cleansed using a Techno Blade, Nindroids appeared seeking the Techno Blades. Lloyd began attacking them with his golden power, but Nya quickly urged him not to as it just made them stronger. She, herself, fending off several Nindroids using her fan before they fled using the monastery's waterwheel. After the Nindroids left pursuing the Ninjas' auto-piloted vehicles, Nya urged Lloyd and Garmadon to head to the Samurai X Cave to get whatever they needed to get as far away from New Ninjago City as possible.

To avoid detection, Nya, P.I.X.A.L., and the Ninja stowed away on a circus train to get to the Storm Farms. On the way, Nya explained that while shutting down the power would disable the Overlord and the Nindroids, they would still need to use the Techno Blades to wipe the system clean. She later came across Cole alone, who asked how the students were. Nya panicked think he meant that she and Cole had children, but after he corrected her, she explained that Dareth was looking after them. She began to flirt with the Black Ninja, but Jay and Kai soon arrived to inform them they had arrived.

Nya and the Ninja snuck into the power station, avoiding the Nindroid guards and looked for a way to turn it off. They eventually decided to use the Silent Fist and let the Nindroids in and tricked them into destroying the station's core. With the power gone, they exited joyously only to find Zane with P.I.X.A.L. who was powering down as well.

Blackout

After Nya gave P.I.X.A.L. half of Zane's power supply, they were attacked by Nindroids. She saved Cole and Jay from being crushed by a compactor (although hesitated at first because the wires represented Jay and Cole) and fought Techno Wu, who was rescued by a stranger. After P.I.X.A.L. analyzed a clue, they realized the stranger is a Serpentine. The Ninja sent a message via Falcon to Lloyd and Garmadon, telling them to keep as far away as possible.

The Curse of the Golden Master

The Hover-copter was eventually converted to solar power, and Nya returned to New Ninjago City with the Ninja and P.I.X.A.L. There, they reunited with Borg and explained their suspicions as to who stole the hard-drive containing the Overlord. They then descended into the sewers and Cole cautioned Nya about the old ladder, though he was too busy arguing with Jay to notice when Nya fell because of it.

They eventually came across the tomb of the Stone Army, only to find the seal had been opened. Upon confronting Skales, they learned that the Serpentine had reformed and the Snake King even had a son. Nya and the Ninja were lead to a campfire where Acidicus told them of the Curse of the Golden Master, and how they believed it was referring to Lloyd. While the Ninja discussed the curse, Nya expressed her confusion that if the Serpentine didn't take the hard-drive, who was the culprit.

Both questions had to be put on hold though, as Nindroids suddenly attacked the place, and Kai ordered her and the other Ninja to protect the Serpentine. Nya used her fan to defeat one of the warriors, though when Cole discovered their power source, she deactivated one just as it was attacking Jay. They quickly learned however that this was simply a diversion and that the true objective was capturing Lloyd. Before they left, Nya asked again if the Serpentine would help, though they declined. Skales however did reveal to them that Pythor was the only Serpentine that was so fond of using Electro-Cobrai.

Enter the Digiverse

As they had no idea where Lloyd was, Borg proposed an alternate solution: scan the Ninja into the Digiverse so they could clear the hard drive remotely. They gathered in his office in Borg Tower where he explained how it would work, but they were interrupted by the Postman and other savages who believed Borg was keeping all the power to himself. Yet before they could destroy the devices, Nindroids arrived and Nya sent the savages to stop them.

While the Ninja entered the Digiverse, Nya watched over them but became distracted when Borg's robotic legs appeared and attacked him, forcing Nya to help the inventor.

The Postman then alerted them that they had failed to stop the Nindroids and they were coming up. Nya raced off to intercept them, signaling her Samurai Mech on the way. On a lower floor, she confronted them and gave them one chance to surrender. Cryptor laughed but at that moment her suit crashed through the window, rolling over the Nindroids.

Nya continued to fend off the mechanical army until the Ninja rebooted the system. Cryptor orders his forces to flee, though informed Nya that he looked forward to their second "date." She rushed up to Borg's office and celebrated their victory with the Ninja as well as being reunited with a restored Wu.

Codename: Arcturus

Nya spent time with Jay and Cole watching a Starfazer movie. When it ended, Jay and Cole wanted Nya to tell them who she liked more, only for Nya to choose a robot and nickname him "Joel" saying that it is part-Jay and part-Cole.

They were quickly signaled by the others to return to Borg Industries. Where Nya not only let the robot go, they learned the Overlord was still alive and captured Kai. They learn about Project: Arcturus and deduced that the Overlord was going after the Golden Weapons (which were now stuck on a comet because of the events of Wrong Place, Wrong Time) and was going to travel into space to retrieve them.

Nya was last seen in the episode as the rocket launched with the Ninja stowing away to stop the Nindroids from retrieving the Golden Weapons and turning the Overlord into the Golden Master.

The Void

Nya returned to Borg Tower with Wu, Garmadon, and P.I.X.A.L. where they were able to contact the Ninja and provide help in their attempt to take over the comet-bound ship. However, their communications were discovered by Pythor who lead a squad of Nindroids to attack Borg Industries.

The four managed to escape to Garmadon's monastery and once they re-established contact with the Ninja, Nya warmed them of the insects native to the comet that could eat through metal.

The Titanium Ninja

With the Ninja trapped on the comet, Jay and Cole began inquiring over who she would miss most, though Nya refused to give a definitive answer, instead of asking if she could miss them both equally. However, the Ninja soon managed to create a new spaceship and escape the comet, and Nya cheered along with the others at their success.

Donning her Samurai X mech and armor, Nya hurried to the outskirts of New Ninjago City with Wu, Garmadon, and P.I.X.A.L. where they reunited with the Ninja. After receiving a message from a now restored Borg urging them to the Temple of Fortitude, the heroes set off into the city. The Golden Master began raising the buildings higher, though Nya eventually managed to get over the wall. She disposed of two Nindroids who were terrorizing the city but was subsequently shot down.

As she emerged from her ruined mech, Nya encountered Cryptor again and the two fought, with Cryptor easily gaining the upper hand now that the samurai was without her suit. Eventually, Cryptor began taunting her, but Nya tricked Min-Droid into fighting the Nindroid General. Stealing the Destructoid, Nya arrived at the Temple of Fortitude just as the Ninja were leaving, though she did blast some Nindroids out of the way. Later, she met up with P.I.X.A.L. and Borg atop a building rooftop, where they witnessed Zane sacrifice himself to defeat the Overlord once and for all.

Nya was present at Zane's funeral, questioning what happened after this, and joined the other heroes by his statue as snow began to fall.

Tournament of Elements

The Invitation

Ninjago returned to peace and Nya and Wu decided to use that time to rebuild the Destiny's Bounty. They created plans at Garmadon's monastery and asked him for help, though he mysteriously disappeared shortly after.

Versus

Nya fixes the D.B. Express to find her friends.

Once plans were finalized, Wu and Nya began rebuilding in the Samurai X Cave. While working, Nya explained her dilemma between either Cole or Jay, though all she managed to do was put the Master to sleep. She eventually asked for his wisdom, but he refused, and before the matter could be discussed further Misako arrived stating that she had yet to hear from Garmadon or the Ninja. Wu ordered that they expand their search, and Nya revealed the D.B. Express, though admitted she wasn't fond of the name she had given it.

Zane's beacon alerts Nya

Nya used the mobile base to search for her friends in the Sea of Sand, yet was without luck until she encountered the Falcon wondering why it brought her there. It was then that she discovered that Zane's beacon was emitting a signal from a secluded island off the coast. Surprised with this new development, she contacted Wu, stating that she may have found the Ninjas' location and headed off.

Ninja Roll

Nya eventually found herself back in New Ninjago City, discovering that the noodle trucks providing Chen's Noodle House with goods disappeared at night. Hidden in an alleyway, Nya reported her findings to Wu and decided to follow them to find answers. She cloaked the D.B. Express to appear as a noodle truck and followed the real ones to the docks.

However just as she was about to board the ferry, Nya was startled by Dareth who, mistaking her for an actual employee, begged her to tell Master Chen not to discontinue the puffy potstickers before he saw her face. Not wanting to arise suspicion, she pulled him inside and informed the Brown Ninja that she was going undercover. Yet when he stated he was coming with her, she refused, but by then it was too late for him to get out as her disguised mobile base was already on the ferry that was setting off.

By early morning, the ferry was in sight of Chen's island, and Nya and Dareth watched from atop the noodle trucks as they drew closer to shore.

Spy for a Spy

Now outside the Palace, Nya attempted to sneak in but was stopped by Dareth who disguised her as one of Chen's Kabuki, so that she could easily sneak in while in plain sight. After he was finished, she was amazed by his work and questioned how he was able to change her clothes in the process, though he only said "A true ninja never reveals his secrets."

Nya told the Kabuki her life-long dream had been to be a Kabuki dancer, and she snuck onto Chen's Island via his ferry once she had heard of it.

Inside, she saw Chen threw a banquet for the final 8 and Garmadon, where she approached Jay, who was annoyed by her antics until she revealed her identity to him and the others. She then informed him of her and Dareth (who was hiding in the D.B. Express) being undercover before informing Jay she knew what happened between him and Cole saying it was noble. Kai realized with her in disguise, she can get close to Clouse's Book of Spells and take the page with the spell.

In turn, she points out that they have their work cut out for them as well since there's likely a spy in their midst. Upon noticing Clouse was looking at the Ninja, Nya walked off to avoid suspension.

Later in Clouse's library, Nya found the spell and was shocked to see what it was for. She nearly got discovered by Clouse, who noticed Kabuki paint on the book. Nya attempted to leave but got dragged into the throne room by one of Chen's kabuki where she overheard Chen and Clouse talking about the possibility of a Kabuki spy and the spell being stolen. She was nearly checked and exposed when Dareth accidentally blew his cover. Despite most of the Cultists heading off to check, she wasn't off the hook and was forced to fan Chen. While doing so, she learned from Clouse that Jay had been injured. Dareth was soon captured and warned Nya that she was on her own, blowing her cover: she soon beat Chen back and escaped, but not before telling him his feet stink.

She escaped to the rooftops, where she had a brief fight with Clouse before fleeing into the forest.

Spellbound

Nya fled into the jungle, at one point exchanging her kabuki attire for samurai gear. However, as an incentive, Chen promised that whichever Elemental Master found her first would be advanced to the final round of the tournament. Observing the masters parachuting down from the blimp, Nya decided to hide her trail by leaving fake footprints and inscribing the Samurai X symbol onto trees for the Ninja to follow.

Nya managed to stay out of sight and even witnessed Clouse capture Shade and the other Elemental Masters. While carving the insignia on a tree later in the day, she heard Jay nearby and ran over only to find him locked in a mech battle against Clouse. When Jay inquired about the spell, Nya tried to explain what Chen intended to use it for, but she was interrupted by Clouse who threw a boulder at her. Jay ordered her to find the others, though they had all been captured.

It wasn't until after nightfall that she finally came across Garmadon and Lloyd. Gasping, she informed them that were the only ones remaining and she handed Lloyd the spell. Upon reading it, they learned that Chen planned to turn himself and his followers into Anacondrai.

The Forgotten Element

The next day, Nya, Lloyd, and Garmadon returned to the outer gates of Chen's palace. Nya noted that they were too many guards at the moment and they would have to wait until nightfall to make a move.

When night finally came, Nya shot a line to the palace rooftop and the three slid across it. After taking out the guards stationed on the roof, they crept into one of the halls, though Lloyd accidentally set off one of the alarms. They soon found themselves overwhelmed with Cultist guards, and Nya ordered Garmadon and the Green Ninja to continue on while she held them off.

Nya was eventually knocked out and when she awoke, she found herself tied up in the lair of Clouse's serpent along with Garmadon. They tried their best to get out of their chains, but Skylor, Clouse, and Chen soon arrived, revealing that they had captured the Green Ninja. Nya questioned how they accomplished such a feat and to her horror, Kai stepped into the room admitting he had betrayed Lloyd. He then offered his sister freedom if she pledged her allegiance to Chen, though she declared she would rather be devoured by a snake than join him. The band of villains left, as Nya tried to talk sense into her brother but he said it was how it was the way it had to be and left though not before Kai winked at Nya, assuring her that it was just a ruse causing her to smile.

Nya and Garmadon are saved by the Elemental Masters

Eventually, the serpent awoke and arrived to consume its victims. Yet just as Nya was about to be eaten, the escaped Elemental Masters arrived in the Roto Jet and killed the beast. While the Masters celebrated, a freed Nya rushed over to hug the restored Zane, relieved to have him back as he took her statement literally.

The Masters wasted no time and soon busted into the Anacondrai Temple where Kai destroyed Chen's staff returning the elements to the Masters. With their powers restored, they easily overpowered the Cultists. As the Ninja, reunited and whole again at last, finished up the rest of the battle, Nya noted that such a sight of the gang being together brought tears of joy to her eyes.

They soon were in control of the island, though Chen, Clouse, and a few subordinates had escaped with Skylor as their hostage. While the Ninja celebrated with Zane activating his humor switch, Nya assured her brother that they would find her soon.

The Day of the Dragon

With the island under their control, Nya reclaimed the D.B. Express and used it to update Wu and Misako on the situation. Wu reported that the Bounty was nearly rebuilt and that once they were finished, they would use it to pick up the Elemental Masters.

Later while she was talking to the Ninja, Griffin Turner arrived as Neuro had received a message from Skylor that Chen could still complete the spell with his daughter's powers. Garmadon ordered everyone after her, and Nya piloted the D.B. Express in the search. Kai was the first to locate her, however, though Nya managed to capture Eyezor and Zugu, and delivered them to Karlof at the palace, who then had them tied up with the other Cultists.

Sadly their victory was short-lived, as the spell was soon completed and the Elemental Masters found themselves under attack by the cultists who were now Anacondrai. Nya and the other rushed into battle, but because of their enemy's enhanced reflexes and strength, they were forced to retreat inside the palace. She helped them barricade the door, but when the cultists cut off their attack, she ascended with them to see that they had escaped the island using the Roto-Jet and Blade-Copters. When Lloyd declared that he would go on his own, Nya expressed disbelief that he could take on their entire army alone as he explained that he was the only one with an Elemental Dragon, though Zane and Kai soon arrived, having discovered the secret to unlocking their inner Elemental Dragons. This sight motivated the other masters into doing the same and they head after Chen and his army.

The Greatest Fear of All

Flying with Jay

Nya flew back to Ninjago with Jay atop the Elemental Lightning Dragon, though because they had forgotten Dareth and some masters had trouble facing their fears, they were a day behind Chen. Yet even with his advantage, they soon discovered that Chen had not attacked as the spell was wearing off.

Breifing the Ninja

Nya, Skylor, Garmadon, and the Ninja journeyed to the Samurai X Cave where they were reunited with Wu and Misako. While the Ninja went to Kryptarium Prison, Nya equipped the Elemental Masters so they could communicate with them from the Samurai Cave. By the time the Ninja returned, Nya had detected twenty of Chen's noodle trucks heading towards Ninjago City and had ordered the Elemental Masters to intercept them. However, the trucks split up and went in different directions, forcing the Ninja and the elemental fighters to split up. Wu meanwhile ordered Nya to ready the Bounty in case things went badly.

Monitoring the trucks

The Bounty took a while to boot up and at one point even caused a power failure in the cave. While the Bounty was restarting, Wu contacted Zane who reported that he had succeeded in diverting the truck he was pursuing, though Skylor realized that the trucks were merely a diversion to split the Ninja up. Nya was horrified to realize this but it was too late to warn the Ninja which allowed Chen and his army invade unhindered.

The Corridor of Elders

The Destiny's Bounty was eventually airborne, and from its bridge, Nya attempted to contact the scattered masters to warn of Chen's attack on Jamanakai Village. However, Chen took control of the airwaves and appeared on one of the Bounty's screens to divide Wu and Garmadon with a troubling revelation.

Nya and the Elemental Masters eventually regrouped in the Samurai X Cave, where Nya revealed that Chen had taken over the entire eastern seaboard. Wu determined that they should make their stand the next day at the Corridor of Elders and the masters spent the remaining chunk of the day rallying support.

During the battle at the canyon, Nya piloted the Destiny's Bounty to provide aerial support, stating that the new girl hated to miss out on the action. Wu ordered Nya and Misako to drop the anchor on the Anacondrai and with it they disabled several Condrai Crushers. Yet even with their aid, the Ninja were unable to hold Chen's army back and they passed the line of no return.

This changed after Garmadon willingly allowed himself to be banished to the Cursed Realm in order to free the Anacondrai generals, who soon curse Chen and his army, banishing them to said realm, allowing Ninjago to triumph.

Following the battle, Nya enjoyed a campfire with the Ninja, Misako, and Wu as they remembered Garmadon, who had sacrificed himself to release the spirits of the Anacondrai generals that ensured their victory.

Shadow of Ronin (non-canon)

Nya relocated to Spinjago along with the Ninja, Dareth, and Wu.

After the Ninjas' memories were stolen by Ronin, Nya journeyed to Ed & Edna's Scrap N Junk. While there, the Ninja arrived with Fangpyre in pursuit. After they dealt with the snake problem, Nya went with Wu and the Ninja to the Toxic Bogs where she used her grapple gun to help them get to the Inky Lemonberry.

Shortly after the Ninja found the Obsidian Sais, Nya reported to them that Nindroids were attacking Ninjago City. She and the Ninja headed there, and she used the Samurai Mech to distract the Nindroids while Borg set up forcefields. When the Ninja later met up in the park, Nya contacted Borg and ask if the forcefields could be used to shut down the remaining Nindroids, but the inventor noted that they would instead need to destroy the power source.

Nya accompanied the Ninja to the Floating Ruins where Jay obtained his Obsidian Nunchucks and his memories. She then helped destroy the Nindroids' power source and noted that while it would take others months to repair it, she could do it in a week. However, their victory was soon interrupted by Ronin, and Nya and the Ninja were forced to flee.

Possession

Winds of Change

Nya helped Wu open a tea shop known as Steep Wisdom following his retirement from being a master. Unfortunately business was short-lived as on opening day, Morro attacked the shop seeking Wu's staff. Nya helped fight him off but was ordered by Wu to flee in the Bounty with the Ninja.

Ghost Story

Morro soon caught up with them and Nya donned her Samurai X gear to stop him. Nevertheless, the ghost crippled the ship and sent it crashing into a nearby forest. After Misako deciphered the message on Wu's staff, the Ninja departed for Stiix while Nya returned to Steep Wisdom with Misako and Wu. When they tried to explain the real reason why she was left-back, which involved her parents, Nya revealed that Kai told her what Chen told him, looked into it, and confirmed their father was the previous Master of Fire though Misako revealed their mother was the previous Elemental Master of Water. Much to her surprise, Wu revealed that the reason she was not allowed to join the Ninja was that she was in fact the next Elemental Master of Water—a revelation which shocked her into fainting.

Stiix and Stones

Wu soon began Nya's training to become the Water Ninja, though she insisted she could aid the Ninja just as well being a samurai. Wu pointed out that a samurai was unable to perform Spinjitzu or summon an Elemental Dragon, and he summoned his own as an example. Master Wu said they would continue training until they find her weakness, for in weakness their is strength, to which Nya replies that it will be hard since she's good at everything she does. He presented her with the bucket challenge, wherein she had to fill a bucket with a hole in it completely full of water. This proved difficult for Nya and after trying all day, she gave up and tossed the bucket into the pond, not realizing that she had fulfilled her task by doing so. Wu tells Misako that he's found Nya's weakness, feeling weak. She's good at so much that when she comes across something she can't get master quickly then she doesn't even try.

The Temple on Haunted Hill

While training with Wu, Misako revealed to him and Nya that Ronin was in the shop where he explained that Kai gave him the ninja's shares of the tea farm as payment for his shop being destroyed. He also revealed Morro had gotten the Scroll of Airjitzu and the Ninja were headed to the Temple of Airjitzu to receive another scroll.

While training, Nya was approached by Ronin and asked him to sneak her out so she could aid the ninja. At first, he refused not wanting to turn on Wu, but he changed his mind and agreed to take her at night after she bribed him. On the way to the Samurai X Cave, Nya saw Ronin put the money she gave him in a full safe in the back of R.E.X. and discovered the reason he had so much money was because he was trying to pay off a debt to Soul Archer. Upon coming in close proximity to the cave, they discovered that Morro was there trying to take the mechs. Ronin tried to get Nya to leave since Soul Archer was there, but she refused, got in her mech, and fought only to realize she couldn't even touch them with her weapons, though she did manage to destroy the Allied Armor of Azure before Morro could bring out reinforcements. Upon ejecting, she was horrified to see Ghoultar transform her mech into a ghastly, four-armed version of itself. She refused to leave, resulting in Ronin carrying her out which ended up with the ghosts surrounding them. Just as they were about to be captured, it began to rain resulting in the Ghosts retreating. Ronin was amazed it was raining in the middle of the dry season, to which Nya tried to pass off as luck, though Ronin told her she is meant to be the Water Ninja. After that, Nya gave up being Samurai X.

It is proven in this episode that Nya doesn’t tend to think everything through, as proven by her throwing a bomb at Lloyd while he was being possessed.

Prior to Peak-a-Boo

Before the ninja's journey to the Blind Man's Eye, Nya constructed the Ice Mech for Zane.

Peak-a-Boo

Now donning a dark red and light blue Deepstone ninja gi, Nya accompanied the ninja, Wu, Misako and Ronin to the Wailing Alps. Prior to arrival, she comforted Cole on his becoming a ghost and to try to find what he can do now. After the Ninja were deployed, she monitored them from the Bounty control room up to until they crossed over to Cloud Kingdom through the Blind Man's Eye.

Kingdom Come

Ghoultar was brought aboard the Bounty and Nya questioned the ghost along with Wu and Ronin. However, when the ghost refused to answer, Wu decided that the time would be better spent training Nya and the two left, leaving Ronin in charge of the prisoner.

The two later returned and tried to bribe the ghost with food, though they were interrupted by the return of the Ninja who were in hot pursuit of Morro. As the Bounty took off to join the action, Nya mounted one of the cannons but was forced to fend off Ghoultar who had escaped his prison. The Ninja were eventually brought on board with a sword in hand and they left the mountain to search for the tomb.

The Crooked Path

Nya continues her training by trying to reverse the flow of the fountain only to fail. Exasperated, she complains as Ronin appears and tells her not to try too hard.

Later on, she appears in a part of the tea shop when Ronin shows up looking for the sword of sanctuary only to find it empty. Nya makes her presence known to Ronin showing him that she has the sword and states his earlier words made her think so she anticipated his plan. The two get into a fight with Ronin saying he wants the Sword and didn't want to hurt her as Nya states she was thinking the same. She soon looks at the sword and sees a future with Ronin kissing her and kicks him for it, out of disgust. Ronin questions the reason for it to which she states "You know what you were about to do!" In her distraction, Ronin knocks her down and steals the sword just as Nya alerts her friends of his treachery. As they attempt to stop him the traps they made are triggered and incapacitate them allowing Ronin to escape.

Nya pursues thief who tricked her friends by having them pursue his empty ship and escaping in a boat. Nya tries to halt the river but it is too much and Ronin escapes while mocking Nya for trying to hard.

Grave Danger

Nya remained aboard the Bounty with Misako and Wu while the Ninja pursued Morro into the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master. They ended up battling Soul Archer and Bansha, with Nya employing her elemental power by employing Ronin's advice and not getting overly worried about it. Unbeknownst to her, while the Ninja were in the tomb, all of them but Cole caught glimpses of the possible future, and Jay's saw him and Nya end up together. They were later relieved to see the Ninja emerge from the tomb, though, unfortunately, the Realm Crystal was lost to Morro.

Curseworld, Part I

Nya and the Ninja returned to Steep Wisdom and discovered that Wu had sold the tea shop in exchange for some new vehicles from Cyrus Borg. Realizing that Morro had already seen the Ninja in action and knew what to expect, Kai suggested Nya take charge. She reluctantly agreed and explained her plan to the Ninja en route to Stiix.

After the Ninja determined the Realm Crystal was in Ronin's pawn shop, Nya dawned the Green Ninja gi and infiltrated the town, but was quickly caught. She was brought before Morro and she used her water abilities to destroy the ghosts surrounding the realm crystal so that Lloyd could get through and destroyed it. Unfortunately, they were too late and the Preeminent began to emerge.

Curseworld, Part II

Nya unlocks her True Potential.

As the Preeminent entered their realm, Nya and the other Ninja did everything in their power to stop it and its ghostly minions from cursing their home. Even her growing power, however, could only do so much; their best moves only slowed their adversary's progress to attack Stiix's villagers, which became worse when the ghosts armored their master with the village buildings so it could venture out to sea. Nya then jetted herself to the ferry to help protect the people.

When the incarnated Cursed Realm disabled the ferry from heading to deeper water, Nya contemplated all of the failures that occurred from the past day alone, leading to remembering her own from her life. Recalling Wu's advice to "not be afraid to fail", she realizes her fear of the unknown and unwillingness to learn from her mistakes were what held her back. Once she embraces and conquers this, she immediately turns into a whirlpool of aquatic energy and forms a titanic tidal wave that flushes all of the Preeminent into the deep sea and pushes the ferry from harm's way. Afterward, she is more content and confident in her role as a ninja, having learned to just "go with the flow" of life.

The New Ninja

Playing video games with the other Ninja, Nya is briefly lectured for not working with the others but nevertheless shrugs off the advice. As the Ninja went off to help Lloyd at the hospital, Nya received an incomplete distress call from Ed and Edna, and arriving at their junkyard, witnessed several Nindroids surrounding the two atop a pile of junk. Destroying the machines, Nya was informed by an impressed, albeit dismayed Ed that the machines had merely been trying to help them down from the junk pile, having to be reprogrammed with a vocabulary beyond the word "Terminate." Sheepish, Nya asked the two not to mention the incident.

Later, while helping Lloyd with his training to become a master, Nya, getting a phone call from Dareth, learned that Kruncha and Nuckal were causing chaos at the studios, enraged over not being cast as leads in an unofficial Ninja documentary. Not wanting to bother the others, Nya went down there herself, only for the two Skulkin to steal the D.B. Express' flyer, going off on it. Chasing after the two, Nya succeeded in defeating them, with an ecstatic Dareth noting the chase would be a hit; however, to her dismay, her chase had caused much damage.

Arriving back on the Bounty, Nya was comforted by Misako, who reminded her there was no shame in needing help, bringing Nya's spirits back up and causing her to heed her advice. However, upon hearing a report of Ghost Warriors attacking Stiix, Nya was forced to go on her own, asking an elderly couple to contact the Ninja to help her on the way, not knowing they had misheard her on her friends' location. Confronting the ghosts, who were vengeful over the Preeminent's death, Nya clashed with them, slowly being overwhelmed, only to be saved at the last minute by the others. Destroying the ghosts, the six of them celebrate, and afterward helped host the Ninja For a Day Videogame Tournament at the hospital.

Skybound

Infamous

Having become a celebrity alongside the Ninja, a disgruntled Nya was frustrated over not being included in their commercial, further indignant by Dareth's sexist comment over what kinds of commercials she could do. Seeking her own identity as one of the Ninja instead of her relationship with another person, Nya consequently kept her distance with Jay. Later, while stopping at the hospital to sign Lil' Nelson's cast, Nya and the rest of the Ninja were forced to evade the paparazzi Kai attracted through chirping, heading to the rooftop.

However, with helicopters heading in on their location, the others hid behind a sign, with Jay offering his hand to help her up. In response, Nya refused, wanting to put her past with Jay behind them, consequently getting spotted alongside the others. Later, arriving at Stiix, Nya failed to spot Clouse, and as the six of them sat down to discuss their next plan of action, promptly witnessed news reports of the Ninja committing crimes. Realizing they had been framed, Nya and the rest of the Ninja were forced to flee, witnessing Misako and the Destiny's Bounty being captured by the Police Commissioner.

Public Enemy Number One

Meeting up at the remains of the burnt-down Monastery of Spinjitzu, the Ninja, based on Zane's research, came to the conclusion that a Djinn was evidently responsible for not only framing them, but also capturing Master Wu. To find their culprit, the group split up, with Nya tagging along with her brother. Stopping by at Jamanakai Village, the two drove off on a pair of motorcycles she had prepared, only to be chased by Ronin at the Corridor of Elders. Attempting to evade him, the two were unsuccessful, being fooled by a hologram he had set up to resemble a dead end and being arrested and hauled off to Kryptarium with the others.

Enkrypted

While at Kryptarium, Nya and the others were briefly confronted by The Mechanic and several angry inmates, only for Noble to come in and calm them down. Later, as they ate lunch and discussed what they had learned of the Djinn, Nadakhan, they were confronted by Soto, who had overheard their conversation. Properly seeing Nya's face for the first time, Soto remarked on her uncanny likeliness to someone he knew before explaining his past with Nadakhan, having been the one to imprison him within the Teapot of Tyrahn, before scattering the Sky Pirates across the Sixteen Realms.

However, the group was confronted by the Mechanic once more, and after the brief skirmish, were told by Soto that the weakness of a Djinn was the venom of a Tiger Widow and that in return for telling the location of Tiger Widow Island, he had to be freed. Moved to a more secure prison cell due to their involvement in the skirmish, Nya, and the Ninja managed to escape, freeing Soto along the way and heading through the sewer tunnels. Free, the Ninja were told of the map to Tiger Widow Island being on the Misfortune's Keep, and even as Soto went on his own path, the pirate captain realized, to his amusement, that Nya resembled Delara, Nadakhan's deceased lover.

Misfortune Rising

Infiltrating the police headquarters under disguises, Jay and Nya succeeded in not only tracking down the location of the Destiny's Bounty, but also the Misfortune's Keep, only for Cole and Lloyd to note the Sky Pirate ship was missing, and for Kai and Zane to be driven off by the guards. Going off to have lunch, Nya decided to talk out her issues with Jay, making peace with her friend.

After Jay went off and was confronted by Nadakhan, unbeknownst to her, he eventually went across the mansion of his true father, Cliff Gordon, and as a result of his second wish, Nya sought him out and found him there. Impressed by the mansion though unknowing of the revelation of his true family, Nya joined up with the others at Yang Tavern, only to hear of the Sky Pirate attack on New Ninjago City. Unwilling to let the citizens be in danger, Nya confronted the Sky Pirates, confronting Flintlocke, who was shocked to realize her uncanny resemblance to his deceased friend. After the Sky Pirates escaped, Nya celebrated the retrieval of the map to Tiger Widow Island, only to learn of her brother's fate, with Kai's soul being trapped in the Djinn Blade.

On a Wish and a Prayer

Regrouping at Jay's estate, Nya, Lloyd, and Zane studied the map, learning the location of the island, only to be alerted to the chunks of Ninjago that were disappearing. Arriving at the harbor, they got a ride on Cliff Gordon's yacht, with Nya piloting the boat. However, the group encountered a massive maelstrom, and as she and the others fought it off, Zane and Pixal were imprisoned in the Sword of Souls by Nadakhan, and the yacht crashed on the shore of Tiger Widow Island.

Recovering consciousness, Nya attempted to locate her two friends, with a frustrated Cole revealing their fate, explaining Jay's encounter with Nadakhan. Hurt and betrayed, Nya promptly assigned Jay to retrieve the venom, and as he did so, kept watch outside the cave. However, the four of them were promptly attacked by Nadakhan, Flintlocke, Clancee, Monkey Wretch, and Dogshank. Confronting Dogshank, the two battled, only for Nya to get caught in one of the Tiger Widow's webs. However, to her surprise, she was freed, with Dogshank explaining her insistent code of honor, resuming the battle between the two. However, when Jay emerged with the venom in tow, she abandoned the battle to help him, regrouping with the others and escaping the spider across a rope bridge, only for one end to snap. Hanging on, Nya watched as Nadakhan emptied the canteen of venom and kidnapped Jay, only to reveal she had switched it with a decoy.

My Dinner With Nadakhan

Attempting to reach Ninjago from Tiger Widow Island, the Ninja failed, prompting the group to begin constructing a raft from the natural materials. However, they were attacked by massive, worm-like creatures, destroying their raft and forcing the three to escape, with Nya unlocking Airjitzu in the process.

Setting to work, she created a device that hurled coconuts, hoping the noise would attract the worms away, even as Cole and Lloyd made a new raft. However, as the three made their way to shore, the device malfunctioned, prompting the worms to turn their attention to the group. Summoning a wave, Nya fought off the worms, carrying the raft out to the ocean, only for it to break apart; Thankfully, the three were saved by the Police Commissioner and Ronin, the former of whom had a change of heart after the group had protected the citizens from the Sky Pirates.

Wishmasters

Regrouping at New Ninjago City, the group discussed a plan, eventually formulating one based on the blueprints of a Raid Zeppelin that Jay had dropped off in the ocean. Setting to work, the group built their own Raid Zeppelin, and masquerading as Sky Pirates, snuck into the reconstructing Djinjago to free Jay and hopefully poison Nadakhan with the venom, which she had concentrated into a blow-dart. However, while Cole went off to save Jay, she and Lloyd were confronted by Clancee, who thankfully fell for their disguises.

In the end, all four were captured, with Nadakhan having lunch with Nya, hoping to sway her to become his bride and complete a wedding ceremony that would grant him the power to grant infinite wishes, even for himself. Refusing, Nya was brought on the deck of the Misfortune's Keep, where she witnessed her friends about to be pushed into the ocean, with Nadakhan threatening her to marry him. However, Cole, with no other option, wished for their vengestone bonds to free them, allowing the four to hold off the pirates. Even as chaos ensued, with the others calling out their wishes and Nya accidentally using up two of hers, Cole's final wish ended up throwing everyone off of the ship. As they all plummeted, Nya used her final wish to make the clouds stop their fall, and landing safely, briefly fought the Sky Pirates, only to be cornered. Lloyd, now aged as a result of his wish to become wiser, severed the cloud she and Jay were standing on, causing them to fall out of Nadakhan's reach. Even as they plummeted, she and Jay put their hands together, combining their remaining strength to create a fusion of their Elemental Dragons; one made of Water and Lightning. Riding off on the Hydroelectric Dragon, the two evaded a pursuing Flintlocke, being rescued by the police in the process.

The Last Resort

Making plans to hide at the lighthouse prison, Nya briefly escaped a confrontation with Nadakhan alongside Jay, fleeing the police department through a trapdoor. Arriving at the prison, the two talked over their problems, with Nya revealing her dispute and inner conflict with Jay. As they discussed what Jay's last wish should be used for, the two came to the conclusion that they should wish for Nadakhan to no longer become a Djinn, rendering the ceremony useless. However, noticing Echo Zane spying on them, the two confronted him and discovering his nature, Nya realized he must have been made as a replacement for Zane during Dr. Julien's imprisonment.

Making friends, the three of them played around, only for Echo Zane to notice Nadakhan and Clancee spying on them through a mirror, forcing them to shatter it. Realizing the Sky Pirates were already coming, Jay and Nya set up several traps in preparation, being confronted that night by Nadakhan's crew. Fending off the first wave, the two were confronted by Doubloon aboard the rooftop. Clashing with him, Nya was captured by Dogshank, and struggling against her, yanked out her hair, enraging the pirate over the underhanded tactic. Freeing herself, Nya clashed with her opponent, and when some of the Traveler's Tea spilled, knocked Dogshank into the resulting portal. However, with Echo Zane falling apart and Nadakhan appearing to capture them, Jay and Nya fled to the basement, retrieving the Traveler's Tea that Monkey Wretch had hidden there. With only enough left to transport one of them, Nya admitted her feelings for Jay, and wishing for his welfare and to handle her destiny, shoved him in. Even as Jay disappeared, Nya confronted the Sky Pirates, only to be overwhelmed and brought before a triumphant Nadakhan.

Operation Land Ho!

Held captive at Yang's Haunted Temple, Nya struggled against Doubloon and Clancee's attempts to fit her into her wedding dress, only for Dogshank to arrive and easily force her in. Sarcastically commenting on the presence of four sleeves, being told that it had originally belonged to Nadakhan's mother, Nya's possession of the Tiger Widow Dart was quickly discovered. Horrified, Nya pleaded with the three Sky Pirates desperately, begging for them to not tell Nadakhan, and to her presumed relief, they complied.

Later, while in her room, she encountered Jay attempting to free her. Briefly reconciling, Nya was confronted by Nadakhan, forcing Jay to hide, with Nya trying to stall for time so Jay could say his wish. However, she failed but managed to convince Nadakhan to leave behind the Sword of Souls, teasingly mocking him for staying to his father's legacy too much, and was escorted to the wedding area.

The Way Back

With the Ninja closing in on her location, Nya was nevertheless helpless to stop the Djinn ceremony and her wedding with Nadakhan. Even as the Ninja managed to break in, Clancee, finishing the ceremony, promptly bestowed upon making Nya queen and Nadakhan the ability to grant infinite wishes, making him nearly unstoppable. Even as Nadakhan easily forced the ninja to flee, Nya attempted to attack him, only for the Djinn to wish for her to become unconscious. Afterward, Nya had her consciousness replaced by Delara, who used her body as a vessel to interact.

After Flintlocke shot Nadakhan with the Tiger Widow venom, it consequently weakened him, causing much of his magic to dissipate, freeing Delara's soul from Nya's body. However, as she regained consciousness, to her horror, Nya realized that some of the venom had splashed onto her, making skin contact. Even as she collapsed, being caught by a terrified Jay, she weakly pleaded for him to use his wish to stop Nadakhan, and with her last breath admitted she never really wanted to be a Ninja, attempting to alleviate the mood before dying, leaving everyone heartbroken.

With Jay sobbing over her death, he used his final wish to erase the events of the season, and weakened by the venom, Nadakhan was unable to twist his words around.

As a result, time was reversed, resurrecting Nya, bringing her and Jay back to the moment on the rooftop where Jay asked her to give him her hand. Recalling what had happened, Nya graciously accepted, and though initially puzzled by only her and Jay seemingly remembering the events of the season, they simply laughed it off and reconciled with Jay, their reunion being broadcasted all across Ninjago by an eager Dareth.

Dark Island Trilogy

Dark Island Trilogy, Part 1

Nya and the other Ninja were summoned to the Samurai X Cave by Master Wu, who informed them that Misako and Ronin had gone missing off the coast of the Dark Island. The Ninja quickly readied the Destiny's Bounty and they set off towards the island to rescue them.

Upon nearing the island, however, the Bounty encountered an unnatural storm that sent the Ninja flying to various areas of the Dark Island. Shortly after recovering, Nya encountered a giant starteeth and encountered Jay while she fended the creature off. As they searched the coast of No-Man's bluff for the others, Jay and Nya encountered a band of Sky Pirates who were transporting the latest captured fisherman. Shortly after defeating them, the two came across Ronin, and after a brief skirmish with a Leviathan, he explained his situation to them. Although Ronin hoped that they would be his ticket home, Nya and Jay were adamant to find the others and the three set off into the forest.

Dark Island Trilogy, Part 2

Ronin, Nya, and Jay followed the tracks of the Sky Pirate's vehicles, eventually ending up near the entrance to Digger's Deep. There, they encountered Zane and Cole whom had secured the Ultra Sonic Raider and Titanium Ninja Tumbler. Using the vehicles, Nya and the others were able to ambush the Sky Pirates in front of the cave, freeing Lloyd, Misako, and the Fishermen. The Sky Pirates retreated and the Ninja followed them, heading towards the Temple of Light.

Day of the Departed

Nya and Kai at Four Weapons Blacksmith

traveled to the Ninjago Museum of History on the Day of the Departed in order to acquire lanterns for the celebration. After viewing the Hall of Villainy, the Ninja split up to pay their respective requests, inadvertently leaving Cole behind. Kai and Nya traveled back to Four Weapons Blacksmith in order to commemorate their parents, and Nya questioned whether they would ever learn what really became of them. Master Chen and two of his Anacondrai warriors, revived by the dark magic of Master Yang, then arrived to attack the pair, but were able to defeat the villains and destroy them.

Returning to the museum, they found their friends and learned it was part of Yang's plan from Wu and a revived Morro. Seeing Morro again, the Ninja quickly armed themselves but are surprised when Wu tells them he was on their side and Morro informs them that Yang tricked Cole into opening a rift to return to Ninjago. The Ninja soon realized they forgot about Cole and Wu orders them to ready the Bounty and head for the Temple of Airjitzu while a redeemed Morro returns to the Departed Realm.

The Ninja used the Bounty to travel to Yang's floating Temple of Airjitzu, where they are caught in a powerful storm with the wind blowing their ship around. However, their timely arrival gave Cole the drive needed to win and they watch as he overpowered Yang.

Nya and the Ninja become confused by Cole speaking to Yang and tell him to pass through the Rift.

The Ninja watched as the Rift closes before getting caught in its shockwave forcing them to make a crash landing on the ground of the floating temple. Once they landed, they feared that Cole hadn't made it through the Rift in time but were overjoyed when he emerged from behind a rock, human again. The Ninja happily hugged their friend relieved to have him back to normal with Nya pointing out that he looked good as new to the latter's joy.

At Cole's suggestion, the Ninja took up residence in the magically restored temple.

Later that night, they gathered around a fire with their families and friends listening to Cole's story before releasing lanterns into the sky in celebration.

The Hands of Time

The Hands of Time

As the Ninja cleaned up the museum, Kai told Nya about a picture of their parents. Later, they saw another picture of Garmadon and Wu forty years ago and asked Dr. Saunders what it is.

When they're off, an energy displacement caused them to be relocated on the Bounty. P.I.X.A.L. told them the source is at the monastery, where Wu was, and the Ninja took off.

They eventually encountered Acronix and fought him. Afterward, they saved Wu before he could fall off the mountain

The Hatching

The Ninja asked Wu about their fight with Acronix. Afterward, they left him so he could rest. They discussed the painting they saw in the museum and how it relates to Wu's flashback.

After a while, the Ninja watched a news channel reporting a Vermillion Warrior wreaking havoc at the BorgStore. They decided to attack it one-on-one, but failed, noticing the Warrior could regenerate. Concluding that the Vermillion might try to kidnap Cyrus, the Ninja tried to help him. However, they found Zane unconscious and Cyrus Borg missing.

A Time of Traitors

After failing to figure out what the Vermillion helmet does, they went to see Wu for answers. He was unable to answer, however, so Cole, Jay, and Nya went to reboot Zane in the Samurai X Cave while Lloyd stays with Wu and Kai goes to the museum.

They discovered a video feed and slowed it down to reveal Zane being hit by something. After slowing down the video more, they discovered Acronix and Dr. Saunders working together. They rushed to the museum to stop Kai, but Jay and Cole stayed behind to battle with the Vermillion Warriors.

They went back to the Cave and found Zane rebooting.

Scavengers

Nya had told the Ninja to go back to the Temple of Airjitzu while she tries to fix Zane. However, he started speaking nonsense, so she left to get him a new binary power core, much to P.I.X.A.L.'s disappointment.

When she came back, she found him attacked by Vermillion snakes. They were defeated, but she realized her Samurai gears are gone.

She and Zane went to tell the Ninja about the Vermillion and helped fight them.

After a brief fight, the power went out and the Ninja met Lloyd at the power source. They created a magnet to attract the snakes' armor, rendering them vulnerable. The power went back on, and they heard the Vermillion are attacking Mega Monster Amusement Park. They left for the park, and Kai told Nya he needs to tell her something when it's over.

A Line in the Sand

As she fought the Vermillion at Mega Monster Amusement Park, Nya questioned who stole her Samurai X suit. When she grouped up with the others, they realize they haven't seen Jay since they left for the amusement park.

When time slowed down, the Vermillion Warriors left the park. They figured another Time Blade has arrived, and Zae gave out its location. They left and try to get there before the Vermillion do.

Nearing the Time Blade, Raggmunk threw snakes at them to make them crash. When they tried to get it, Blunck shot them with the Time Blade, slowing them down. However, they are freed right before the Vermillion could attack them.

The Army and Ninja were slowed down right when Jay came to save them. He managed to free everyone from the time bubble. They fought for the Blade and managed to escape with it.

The Attack

The Ninja were at the Temple of Airjitzu where they discussed their next move before the Vermillion attacked them. When the twins landed on the temple, Wu battled Acronix with the Slow-Mo Time Blade which slowed Time on him, however, Krux got the Forward Time Blade and battled Wu and the Ninja. Eventually, Lloyd got the Forward & Slow-Mo Time Blades, but the victory was short-lived as Commander Machia arrived and retrieved both Time Blades from Lloyd's hands, and she and the Hands Of Time escaped with the Time Blades and Wu.

Secrets Discovered

Nya was jealous that someone stole her old armor and wanted to best the new Samurai X. She later returned to the Samurai X Cave where she found the mysterious new samurai.

Nya returned to the Samurai X Cave where she found the new Samurai still lurking. Still angered about the theft of her suit, Nya attacked the warrior, and the two engaged in a battle throughout the cave. However, the mysterious figure used a voice scrambler and as their fight continued, it attempted to assume the identity of multiple people including Ronin, Dareth, Misako, and even Garmadon. However, it was only when the new samurai took on Nya's voice in an attempt to convince her of the importance of keeping its identity a secret. Realizing it was time to pass the mantle onto a worthy successor, Nya yielded. She presented the Samurai VXL to the new warrior but was then summoned to Chen's Noodle House by Kai.

Upon arriving at the Noodle House, however, Nya was horrified to find Skylor present, thereby ruling her out as the possible new samurai. As she took a seat, Kai revealed to Nya that he had found an old Vermillion helmet back at Four Weapons, thereby proving that their parents worked for the Hands of Time. Before they could talk further, however, Nya received a call from Lloyd informing her that the other Ninja had found the lair of the Hands of Time. As she and Kai set off towards the coordinates, Nya realized that this meant they were also heading to where their parents were.

Pause and Effect

Nya and Kai entered the blacksmith's building and found his father Ray building weapons. Kai confronted him and attacked the latter as the latter defended himself. Kai then revealed his identity to his shocked father who tried to talk him down but he didn't listen to him nor his arriving sister.

However, the voice is his mother Maya and he stops his attack. Nya embraces her mother, stating she missed her but Kai still tells Nya she is guilty like their father. Their parents proceed to tell them the truth: Krux wanted revenge on them for building the Time Blades and threatened Kai and Nya if they didn't comply which is why they were separated. Hearing this, Nya was horrified as her brother felt guilt for accusing them as he sees they weren't at fault.

As Ray and Maya told them to flee, the Time Twins appeared having overheard a conversation between Ray and Maya and their children Kai and Nya and they quickly revealed themselves after discovering Ray and Maya had hidden the Reversal Time Blade 40 years prior on the orders of Wu. They brought Kai, Nya, their parents, and Wu onto the airship, using this as leverage against Kai and Nya to retrieve the reverse blade, promising if they do, they can save Wu.

Out of the Fire and Into the Boiling Sea

Nya reminds Kai they need the Blade to save Wu from the Time Punch, and they both agreed to retrieve it. Later, when Ray gave them the Dragon Blade to create the Fusion Dragon, Kai's impatience caused them to miss out on Ray's advice. Once inside, Nya creates a water slide to reach Hono Mizu.

When they reached the bottom, they were greeted by Geotomic Rock Monsters. When they used both their powers together, they realized they needed to work together. Once they reached a door, Nya figured out they open it with the Dragon Blade. When Kai took the Blade, however, the building starts to collapse. They used the Fusion Dragon to escape.

When Nya and Kai were about to save Wu, the twins intervened and prevented them from doing so. Acronix used the Pause Time Blade on everyone and they stole the Reversal Time Blade and left with the ship. When they let them fall into the Boiling Sea, Nya and Kai used the Fusion Dragon to save everyone.

They went to the Iron Doom, with Ray and Maya jumping off to increase speed. They followed the Iron Doom into the Temporal Vortex.

Lost in Time

As the Iron Doom traveled to the future, Krux complained to Acronix about going to the future. Acronix tells him that by going into the future, there would be no one who recognizes them, no Elemental Masters, and no Kai and Nya. At that moment, however, the Hands of Time are confronted by Kai, Nya, and Wu. Nya joined her brother in taunting the villains for being wrong as the final battle between them begins.

Nya and Wu fought Acronix while Krux fought Kai. After Nya leaves to help her brother in fighting Krux, they proceed to overwhelm until Acronix joins in to aid his brother.

As the Iron Doom began to pass by the present, Acronix and Krux were able to overwhelm Nya and her brother and were about to finish them off, but are stopped by Wu. As Acronix tells him there is nothing he can do, Wu then proceeds to rip out the Reversal Time Blade from the Time Apparatus, causing the Iron Doom to spin out of control. Nya and Kai fell out as Wu gives them the Reversal Time Blade before they returned to the present so that they can cure their father of the time punch. Wu stayed behind confronts a defeated Acronix and Krux, saying that it indeed ends now. As the three fought, the Iron Doom became lost in time with them still aboard as it traveled far into the future.

Though happy at their victory, Nya couldn't help but be worried when her master was feared to be lost in time with their enemies. She and the Ninja elect Lloyd as their master and he makes his first order to bury the Reversal Time Blade and to discover what happened to Wu.

Way of the Departed

After Wu was lost in time, Lloyd split the team in three search parties to widen their search, Nya was paired with Lloyd, toegether they looked for Wu all around the island, but with no avail. The team eventually went back to the temple to rest and train, they eventually decided to bring the Reversal Time Blade back to the Boiling Sea as it was too dangerous and only masters of fire and water could go there.

Nya would create a system to be able to move the floating island the Temple of Airjitzu was built on, they used the newly rebuilt bounty, that was connected to the island with thick chains. Jay and Nya would frequently inspect the temple's grounds, and talk a lot in hushed voices, causing Cole to start suspecting that they knew about the origins of the temple's flying circumstances. Yang would eavesdrop their conversation, as he too wanted to know about the temple's floating conditions.

Prior to Sons of Garmadon

Forced Entry

Nya was on her own looking for Wu, she alerted Lloyd of her status before going on her new quest, she heard rumors of a cruel master who kept overworking farmers in the fields without rest. As she approached the gate to the rice farm, a guard stopped and demanded what she was doing, she told him that she came to visit the master but the guard refused to let her enter, Nya then pushed him to enter but was punched out of the gate by a bigger guard, as she tried to use her powers, but that proved to not work as the gate was made of Vengestone. After getting humiliated by the guards, Nya came up with a plan.

Half an hour later, Nya came back to the gate disguised as a farmer carrying two buckets on her back. She told the same guards that she left to get water, the gullible guards was afraid that the master would punish him for allowing someone to leave the gate without permission, Nya suggested to let her go in to make it look like she never left, the guards hurriedly agreed, letting Nya pass and demanding her to stay quite.

Sons of Garmadon

The Mask of Deception

In the rice farms, ruled by the cruel master, Nya finally reached him disguised like a farmer, the master demanded her for some water, Nya eventually revealed her identity, scaring the master's guards. After quickly defeating the two guards and rescuing the enslaved farmers. She was called by P.I.X.A.L. to return to Ninjago City.

At Borg Tower, Nya reunited with the others, joking with the other four ninja about Lloyd's lower voice, as Lloyd told them about the recent heist by the Sons of Garmadon, Hutchins came in the room and told them about the Oni Masks, Jay was confused as he heared heard the words "only mask", causing Nya to correct him. Hutchins told them they'll be guarding the Royal Family, as they would finally have a public speech and were in possession of the Oni Mask of Deception. During the speech, Nya blended in with the crowd with her urban attire, she heared something that caused the crowd to panic and went to investigate, only to discover it was firecrackers.

Nya long with the others was invited to visit the Royal Palace, at first not impressed as she had seen other palaces before and saw the large amount of gold. When she and the others met the Royal Family, Nya was not interesting in meeting them, but showed interest after Harumi complemented her and told her told her about she wished to be her. After seeing the Oni Mask she and the others were supposed to guard, she and Kai went to patrol the palace's roof. After noticing Hutchings entering the palace's gardens and leaving it after seeing the two ninja, Nya and Kai started to suspect the Master-at-Arms.

The Jade Princess

The next dat, while training in the palace courtyard, the ninja gave Lloyd some advice on how to attract Harumi after he went in the city with her, most of them gave different advices, but Nya told Lloyd just to be himself. Later inside the palace, Nya saw Lloyd watching a crying Harumi leave the throne room, she asked him what happened, with the latter telling him that although he could be himself, not everyone was as lucky as him.

Later in the evening when the palace exploded, Kai and Nya first fought against Ultra Violet, but were quickly defeated by her. Later, Nya, Kai, Jay and Cole faced of against Mr. E to defend the Mask of Deception, unfortunately, Mr. E used the Oni Mask of Vengeance to gain two extra arms to overpower the four ninja, but they later discovered that the mask that they were trying to guard was a fake. The next morning, Nya and the others left the destroyed palace and were picked up on the Destiny's Bounty by Lloyd and Harumi, they five asked Lloyd about the mask, followed by him telling that they lost, Nya informed Harumi that the Emperor, Empress, and Hutchins didn't survive.

The Oni and the Dragon

The bounty sfaely landed at Hollow's Bluff as the ninja are trying to hide from the Sons of Garmadon to keep Harumi safe, they then tried to find out who the Sons of Garmadon's leader is, after Lloyd, Zane, Jay and Cole left to interrogate Luke Cunningham, Nya and Kai stayed behind with Harumi.

When Lloyd and Jay came back from Mystake's shop, they watched Cole karaoke at Laughy's on television, who was trying to gain the Sons of Garmadon's trust. Cole eventually attacked by the Sons of Garmadon and when Zane didn't help, the ninja went to help him. As the ninja were leaving, Harumi insisted to join them, with Nya telling her that she understood her annoyance as she too wasn't allowed to join the ninja's missions before becoming Saumrai X, While they were chasing, who was climbing a building suing the clothesline, Nya used jumped down from one of them while briefly holding Lloyd to catapult him on the rood the building. After Mr. E was saved from "Snake Jaguar", Lloyd realized Zane was succesfully trying to gain their trust.

Snake Jaguar

To help Zane blend in with the Sons of Garmadon, Nya decided to build him a bike. Harumi tried to help her, but ended up giving her the wrong tools, so she left the room and went to do something more useful.

After she and Harumi gave Zane the bike by throwing it from the flying bounty, she helped with the remainder of the race. While following Killow and Mr. E, Zane told her about his new discovering, the leader of the Sons of Garmadon is called "The QUite One", Nya then wondered what happened to Cole.

Dead Man's Squall

That night, Nya and the others found a badly damaged Zane in the dessert, they brought him in the bounty and discovered that he has to reboot himself before waking up. Later, when Cole was feeding the newly found baby, she asked what he was feeding him, before learning it is tea. She soon went off, telling Cole can't feed a baby tea, but he tells her the baby likes it.

After discovering that the baby was wearing the map to the third mask. the ninja changed their destination to Primeval's Eye, while steering the bounty, she told the legend of an ancient tribe worshipping a storm spirit called "Wohira", Jay told her that the legend was silly, but ate his words back when a lightning scared him. After discovering that Zane's unconscious body had a bug, P.I.X.A.L. told the ninja that she was Samurai X all along, shortly before the hacked Samurai Mech attacked the bounty, while the others went to fight it at the deck, Nya guarded Zane's body, before being attacked by the spider hacker, luckily Zane was able to destroy it, causing P.I.X.A.L. to be able to reconnect to her new body.

When Nya and Zane went to the deck, they saw that both engines were destroyed and the bounty was crashing, with the sails also destroyed, Jay suggested her to pray for Wohira, inspiring Nya to use the rains water to slow the bounty's falling, allowing the ship to safely crash in the jungle. After landing, Jay helped Nya get up, while Kai asked himself what happened to Lloyd and Harumi,

The Quiet One

While the Ninja repaired the Bounty, Nya found the Samurai Mech and said it belonged to P.I.X.A.L. now.

When the Ninja told Nya the things the baby did and how they discovered he was Wu, she didn't believe that he was actually Wu. However, she soon did believe after she heard the baby talk and drink tea like her master did.

The Ninja watched infant Wu go for more tea, in which Jay refilled it for him. Afterwards, questions were raised by how Wu reverted to a toddler; Nya deduced it was because he touched the Reversal Blade before he was lost in time. Zane stated that if Nya's theory was correct, the blades' effects had worn off and now Wu would keep aging until he returns to normal, eventually.

The Ninja later discovered Harumi is the Quiet One as the Sons of Garmadon attacked and surrounded them.

Game of Masks

The Ninja, now tied up in chains, tried to convince the Sons of Garmadon not to resurrect Lord Garmadon, to no avail. When Killow called for Ultra Violet, Wu handed them the keys and they started to confront the Sons of Garmadon.

During their standoff, they were reunited with Lloyd and Crabby attacked. The Sons of Garmadon left on the Bounty and Lloyd followed them after they froze Crabby in ice. They were shocked when Lloyd was captured and Crabby started to break free.

Dread on Arrival

After the ninja tamed Crabby, they rode it to the police station. They told the Commissioner the Sons of Garmadon were going to resurrect Lord Garmadon and needed reinforcement.

While the police attacked the Sons of Garmadon, the Ninja traversed to the Temple of Resurrection. They defeated the Sons of Garmadon and rescued Lloyd and Misako. They helped as the police arrested the Sons of Garmadon.

True Potential

Nya, Jay, and Wu dancing

To celebrate, the ninja went to Laughy's to karaoke. However, the music was cut off and they watch the news about Garmadon breaking Harumi free from jail.

The ninja went to the police station to question the Commissioner. The Commissioner confirmed he was Garmadon They watched the news again and realized Harumi and Garmadon are at Kryptarium Prison.

On the Bounty, the ninja told Lloyd not to face his father. They later were tricked by the Green Ninja, who locked them in a room so he can go it alone.

When the Sons of Garmadon broadcast Lloyd's fight with Garmadon, the Ninja were forced to watch.

Big Trouble, Little Ninjago

Nya called Misako, saying that they found the injured Lloyd before being advised by her and baby Wu to go to Mystake's tea shop. When the Ninja heard that there will be consequences when they must use their powers to help the tea to work, Nya didn't hesitate. She stayed behind to make sure Lloyd woke up before they head to Dareth's apartment to rescue Wu and Misako when Lloyd saw a vision of his father going after them. Nya and Misako stayed to deal with Garmadon while Lloyd took Wu to safety. Later, they picked Lloyd up after seeing Zane, Cole, Wu, her brother, and her boyfriend's supposed demises.

Hunted

Firstbourne

Nya and her group surrounded by the Sons of Garmadon.

Nya's group managed to evade Killow, Mr. E, and their grunts before they discovered the wreckage of the Bounty. They were sad as Lloyd found the picture of him and his friends before finding a leaf of Traveler's Tea and alerted the others of this. The group investigated the ship more and saw that half of it had disappeared, realizing that their friends were not killed but, teleported elsewhere. This gave them hope before their enemies showed up and prepared to attack, but Karlof punched Mr. E away as Griffin Turner and Shade appeared.

After the enemies sent were defeated, a garbage truck driven by Skylor picked them up and everyone retreated.

Iron & Stone

Nya at Resistance HQ

When the Resistance made it to the garbage depot, she exclaimed they could use scrap metal to build whatever they needed to save Ninjago. She, Skylor, and Neuro started building.

Radio Free Ninjago

Nya informed Lloyd that they needed bigger and more powerful weapons now they're outnumbered. The Resistance watched as Lloyd led Dareth in a fight against Karlof. When Karlof won, Lloyd suggested they make a plan.

The Resistance celebrated Lloyd's speech. They started planning on who else they could recruit to help them.

The Gilded Path

When the Sons of Garmadon attacked the garbage depot, the Resistance fought them. Nya, Lloyd, Skylor, and Dareth got on the armored vehicle to escape. The Colossus stepped on them but P.I.X.A.L. attacked Garmadon, freeing them.

The remaining Resistance members tried to comfort Lloyd. When they saw a rat, who revealed herself to be Mistaké. She told them she will explain how she was able to transform after she ate.

Two Lies, One Truth

While Ninjago City was invaded by the Sons of Garmadon, the Resistance took shelter. They were shocked to hear Mistaké was an Oni.

When the Sons of Garmadon started asking who had seen Lloyd, Lloyd had a plan. The Resistance took out the Sons of Garmadon and surrounded Harumi.

The Weakest Link

Harumi informed the Resistance that the Sons of Garmadon would find her. Mistaké and Skylor returned carrying the Oni Mask of Hatred. Lloyd refused to use it. On the rooftop, the Resistance thought of a plan to use Skylor as a prisoner, and Mistaké would transform into Harumi. They could get close enough to Garmadon so Skylor could copy his Elemental Power to control the Colossus.

Saving Faith

Nya was worried when Skylor experienced strain from Garmadon's powers and decided to flee with the others after Garmadon became enraged.

Lessons for a Master

As they escaped Garmadon, they came across Ultra Violet who was on a payphone after she was sent flying by Skylor. Seeing them, Violet hung up the phone to get revenge for her humiliation, Nya stayed behind to fight her.

Nya hurts her shoulder

She fought the corrupt general and put up a good fight against her, with Violet even praising her for it before moving to finish her. Nya prevented this by sending a rush of water, but it was not strong enough to stop her. Nya did Spinjitzu to attempt to stop Ultra Violet but was hit with a pole that Ultra Violet was using as a weapon. Ultra Violet then trapped Nya under a car, dislocating her shoulder. Ultra Violet nearly finished her but the others returned and hit Violet with the wagon that caused her to be sent through a wall, breaking her mask as well.

Lloyd asked if Nya was hurt and she replied that her shoulder was badly injured. As Ultra Violet tumbled after them, Nya wondered if she ever stayed down before the latter collapsed, but when they prepared to escape, more members of the Sons of Garmadon surrounded them and they wondered what to do.

Green Destiny

Nya, Lloyd and Dareth were surrounded and attacked by the Sons of Garmadon, even with a dislocated shoulder, Nya managed to kick away some bikers to help Lloyd and Dareth defend themselves the best they can, but they quickly started to get overpowered by the numerous S.O.G Members before they all heard what appeared to be a loud noise coming from the sky, surprising everyone. Fortunately, she saw a portal form in the sky and dragons appear. When the riders were revealed to be the Ninja. Nya quickly contacted her brother to tell him that she hears him and Zane tracked the signal.

Nya was happy to see the others back and that they brought dragons to help. Nya watched as the ninja scared off the Sons of Garmadon with their dragons and was amazed to see Wu had as an adult and his new armor. When the four Ninja landed, Nya immediately embraced Jay, happy to see him safely returned. Nya later helped her allies in attempting to take down the Colossus. She was further relieved to see that the other members of the Resistance had broken out of Kryptarium Prison and helped in chaining the Colossus which collapses.

Afterward, she helped in loading up the Sons of Garmadon in the police wagons and was soon happy to see Lloyd had regained his powers and defeated his father who had lost his own and had been arrested.

With peace restored, Nya hugs her boyfriend.

Several days later, she and the others began to clean up the destruction left by Garmadon before Wu, now reverted back to his old age, stopped them to tell them there was trouble. The ninja rush out to see that it was only the citizens who wanted to thank them for saving the city. As they celebrated, Nya called for Skylor, P.I.X.A.L., and Dareth to come up with them. She soon rested her head on Jay's shoulder, happy to have her boyfriend back.

March of the Oni

The Darkness Comes

After showing Kai, Jay, and Dareth her new kimono, Nya told them that Wu was in the courtyard looking at the murals. Suddenly, they saw Firstbourne crash and land near the mountain. They ran to her and saw Faith was also badly injured. They brought her inside the monastery to help her heal.

Faith mentioned that darkness swept over her home realm and that she barely escaped. Wu points out it might be the Onis' doing and the ninja head to the Bounty to prepare.

Once they arrived in the city, the ninja fought the darkness but to no avail, Nya pulled them back up to the Bounty. The ninja then went to Kryptarium after Lloyd told them Garmadon might help.

Into the Breach

Once the ninja were airborne again, they discussed if they could trust Garmadon. Meanwhile, he turned the engines off, and the Bounty started plummeting toward the ground. The Ninja hung on until Zane got to the emission switch just in time.

Later, Zane then asked that everyone meet up at the bridge, where Garmadon proceeded to tell the Ninja about how the Oni were able to enter Ninjago. They used the Realm Crystal and he would be able to go inside the dark cloud to destroy it due to being part Oni, but he would need a weapon. Lloyd then argued that they can't just let him have a weapon then let him walk away unsupervised. Since Lloyd is part Oni as well, he claimed would also survive the darkness and decided to go with him.

While Nya was piloting the Bounty, Jay approached her and tried to start a conversation. He mentioned that he wanted to ask her something but when Garmadon arrived, he decided to tell her later.

When they arrived at Borg Tower, the Ninja handed Garmadon a sword, but he started attacking them to activate his powers. He jumped off, and Lloyd followed. After watching Lloyd on his headcam, they heard distress calls and tried to find the source. They flew off, while P.I.X.A.L. decided to stay behind in case the two needed assistance.

While trying to find the source, the Ninja watched as Lloyd and Garmadon approach the Crystal. When The Omega attacked them, his headcam broke.

The Fall

The Ninja found the source of the distress signal at the NGTV building. Jay and Cole went out to help the people, but once they were about to leave, Nya accidentally turned the thrusters the wrong way. This caused Cole's rope ladder to snap as the Ninja watched him fall. Kai pushed Nya from the steering wheel to turn the ship around, but Zane convinced him otherwise.

They went to save P.I.X.A.L., Lloyd, and Garmadon as they ran out of fuel. The Ninja told them Cole fell off the Bounty, and Nya blames herself despite Jay and Kai saying it was an accident. After Garmadon told them they are wasting time mourning, he showed them the Golden Master's armor. However, everyone was upset at him and started leaving.

Nya still blamed herself while Kai tried to reassure her by telling her she's the one that makes plans for the Ninja. She then said they can go back to the Monastery of Spinjitzu to forge the armor's metal back into weapons. Despite Kai being hesitant, he agreed.

Endings

The Ninja landed near the monastery and Wu and Misako went to see them. They told the two that Cole fell into the dark clouds and destroying the Realm Crystal did nothing. However, Garmadon showed them the Golden Armor and Nya explained they might have a chance if they reforge the Golden Weapons. After Kai was done, he gave the weapons to their respective Ninja but had to give the Scythe of Quakes to Nya as Cole is supposedly gone. A monk then signals to the Ninja that the Oni are here, and they prepare to fight.

The Ninja began the fight them and were surprised to see Cole arrived. Nya then hands him his Scythe but they were overpowered and retreated into the monastery. They then watched as Jay asked Nya to be his Yang, to which she delightedly accepts. Lloyd then points out that they can try using the Tornado of Creation against the Oni.

However, they found Lloyd under a pile of debris and mourned. He suddenly woke up and the Ninja were relieved. As a celebration, their allies visited the monastery and watched the Ninja make a new mural with their handprints.

Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu

Wasted True Potential

Nya in her swimsuit

The ninja, sans Jay and Zane, watched as Cole beat Zane's high score in a game called Lava Zombies. The Ninja sat in the hot tub, which turned out to be the Bell of Divinity. Infuriated, Wu chose to put the Ninja to a test to see how long they could survive in the room with his chicken. They were able to trap the chicken, but Wu was unimpressed.

After complaining about the traps Wu set up, the ninja asked him what to do. He challenged them to a battle but were easily defeated. Once again, the chicken was released to punish them.

Questing for Quests

In a hot tub, the ninja thought about what villain they should battle. Nya pointed out that maybe they should fight crimes and do other heroic things instead of finding a villain. They eventually thought to help the police catch criminals.

The Ninja are struggling to find criminals.

Nya was also seen with the other Ninja going around town trying to solve mysteries and crimes instead of the police but was disappointed to find nothing. They eventually returned to the monastery and heard about a pyramid in a far off desert in Ninjago that Clutch Powers was reluctant to explore and soon ventured to go there and look for a quest.

A Rocky Start

The ninja rushed around the monastery, packing to prepare for their quest. Before they headed off, P.I.X.A.L. introduced the Ninja to the hangar bay. They quickly head off with the Land Bounty and two other vehicles.

Driving the Land Bounty

In the Land Bounty, Zane informed the ninja about Beohernie, although Jay thought the people mispronounced his name and should be called "Bernie." Cole discovered an oasis to stop and have lunch. Zane continued to talk about the desert, and Cole left to get food, but the basket sank to the ground. The Ninja rushed to their vehicles and were able to outrun Beohernie; however, it was at the cost of losing one of the key compartments the Land Bounty needs.

The Belly of the Beast

Nya and the others were trapped while Zane attempted to repair the Land Bounty, but it was impossible to escape without the component the beetle ate.

That night, Nya heard Zane say that the Bounty was useless without the component, and the only way to retrieve it was to go to the belly of the beast itself. He then got the idea that one of them had to be strapped to a rope and sent into the stomach of the beetle. They played a rock-paper-clamp tournament in order to decide who goes in, and Zane ended up being the winner.

The next morning, Zane went on the sand and was consumed by Beohernie. When Zane notified the Ninja that he found the component, the Ninja pulled him from Beohernie, but he resisted by pulling onto Cole's Dirt Bike. The force by Beohernie caused Cole to fall out of his vehicle and onto the sand where two more bugs began to attack, but they were repelled by the ninja. Eventually, Kai shot fireballs at Beohernie's belly which allowed Zane to escape the belly of the beast.

With the component recovered, the ninja were to escape the rock and outrun the other scarab beetles to their next destination, the Ancient Pyramid.

Boobytraps and How to Survive Them

The ninja tried to convince Clutch Powers but couldn't.. Clutch got a call from the Explorers Club. His membership was about to get revoked, so he helped. The Ninja went past obstacles. Cole used his strength to lift a column. Later on, Jay tripped a cobweb and the ninja fell into spikes Kai destroyed with his fire.

They soon reach a room with a sliding puzzle on a wall. Jay and Nya accidentally freed Aspheera, by finishing the puzzle. Clutch flees, saying he will be asking for help. She steals Kai's power and traps Jay and the other Ninja after she beats them with Spinjitzu.

Inside the pyramid

Ninja vs Lava

Despite the rushing lava, the Ninja are able to escape their prison; however, they are still chained. When they get to the barrier, Cole uses his lava arms to lift the barrier allowing the other Ninja to pass. As Cole was lifting the rock up, Jay caught sight of lava approaching them and immediately begins running away from the lava. Not realizing they were still tied together, this caused a chain reaction, as Lloyd and Cole were pulled towards Jay causing Cole to drop the rock and nearly crushing Kai.

Nya finds a backpack

When they reach the spikes, they find supplies from Hageman needed to ascend the slope. As they began their ascent, Cole complains about Kai's weight causing him to lose his grip and the Ninja to fall until Nya is able to grip the slope. Despite the setback, the Ninja are able to reach the top.

The Ninja reach outside the pyramid, but they realize they are surrounded by lava. When all hope seemed lost, P.I.X.A.L. arrives in the ShuriCopter and saves the Ninja.

After the long ride, the Ninja reach their vehicle and promise that they will be ready for Aspheera.

Snaketastrophy

Before Fred Finely is devoured by an Elemental Cobra, Nya and the other Ninja save him and defeat the Elemental Cobra before heading off to the Ninjago Museum of History.

Powerless

The Ninja save the Police Commissioner and his crew from the Elemental Cobras before heading off to the Museum without Kai.

Nya fights the Elemental Cobras while Lloyd fights Aspheera and ultimately losses to her. She then performs Spinjitzu against the Ninja and successfully defeats them. Aspheera then used her staff to destroy parts of the roof and cause the debris to fall on the Ninja. After that, she reawakens the Pyro Vipers still in their tombs and tells them to follow her out of the museum, and the Elemental Cobras to finish off the Ninja.

Before the Elemental Cobras destroy the Ninja, Jake comes in to shield the Ninja, but Kai catches up and rescues Jake out of trouble while turning on the fire sprinklers to distract the Elemental Cobras before Zane finishes them using his ice powers.

Taking on the Pyro Vipers

Ancient History

Lloyd, Zane, and Nya head off to stop Aspheera by taking a shortcut using Zane's GPS system. After arriving close to Aspheera, Zane headed off somewhere and promised to return.

Nya distracts Aspheera while Lloyd attempted to steal the Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu. Ultimately, Lloyd failed and both were surrounded by Pyro Vipers. Luckily, Zane arrives in his Shuricopter and creates an ice barrier, giving Lloyd and Nya enough time to escape.

Under Siege

While Lloyd, Nya, and Zane are in Ninjago City looking for Aspheera, Cole notifies them that she is on her way to the monastery. In addition, he tells them to find Clutch Powers; believing he knows the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu's whereabouts.

Nya is frustrated with Clutch Powers

When Lloyd, Nya, and Zane arrive at the Ninjago City Hospital, Clutch Powers tells them that the second scroll is at the Explorer's Club, but he refuses to leave. When Nya pulls him from his bed, Clutch calls the nurses who escort the Ninja away.

The Explorers Club

When Lloyd, Nya, and Zane enter The Explorers Club, they are welcomed by Cecil Putnam, and the trio explains that they need the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu. Luckily for them, The Explorers Club possessed the scroll; however, the Ninja needed a membership for the club. Since the Ninja didn't have a membership, they were pushed out from the building.

The Ninja tried again, but this time, they used Zane disguised as Clutch Powers. Once Zane entered the building, he is confronted by Putnam who tells Zane that his membership had been suspended and cannot obtain any artifacts.

After the two failed attempts, Nya decided to be bold by sneaking in the building and stealing the scroll. Lloyd and Zane follow up, and all three reach the rooftop. The trio then shut down a fan by using Lloyd's sword and Zane's ice to prevent it from moving, and made their way down the ventilator using a rope hook. Suddenly, the fan broke free causing the Ninja to fall and crash into a middle of a meeting between Shippelton, Smythe, and Underhill. Lloyd tried to come up with an excuse by saying they were working on the air conditioning, but his sword came tumbling down. Shippelton knew he was lying and calls for security, causing the Ninja to flee into a room.

After more searching, Lloyd came across The Mirror of Fears and it showed his greatest fear of becoming his father. For Nya, her greatest fear was just being a normal citizen, and for Zane, his greatest fear was having no life. While Lloyd was talking to Zane, something crawled on Nya, causing her to freak out and throw the mysterious object onto Lloyd and Zane. Then, the door opened and the security guards tried to seize the Ninja, but they were able to enter another room.

Nya's worst fear

Zane realized they entered the entomology room prompting Nya to tell Lloyd to not touch anything, but Nya knocked down a glass containing Venomasicus Tigrus which happened to have the second-most painful stings. The Ninja tried to outrun the sworn of wasps, but they are stopped by Cecil Putnam and his security forces; nevertheless, the wasps attack them. Putnam is able to get away from the wasps and shoots a blowdart at Zane, but it deflects off him and hits a glass holding Vastodectrus Venomous which happens to have the most painful stings. Amongst the chaos, Nya told Lloyd and Zane to regroup and they enter another room.

This time, Nya found the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, so they wrapped it up and exited the building, leaving everyone else inside The Explorers Club in disarray.

Vengeance is Mine!

After the Pyro Vipers hold half of the Ninja, Wu, and P.I.X.A.L. hostage, Lloyd, Nya, and Zane arrive with the second Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu.

A lengthy battle ensues with all the Ninja (except Nya) having the chance to possess the Scroll when it falls into their hands. Eventually, Zane gets the Scroll and freezes the Pyro Vipers. Before Zane gave back the Scroll to Wu, Aspheera's arm manages to get free and she attempts to zap Wu, but Zane saved his master by pushing Wu of the way causing him to be hit and be seemingly destroyed.

A Cold Goodbye

The Ninja come running in after P.I.X.A.L. has a nightmare of losing Zane. Wu then tells the Ninja that Zane is alive; however, Wu won't let the Ninja come since its location is remote.

The Ninja are going to save Zane.

Despite this, Lloyd steals the Traveler's Tea and the Ninja head to the Hanger Bay where they spot Wu holding the Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu. A lengthy battle occurs as both sides were fighting for the Traveler's Tea. This gave the Ninja no choice, but to tie Wu up and place a mouthpiece over him. In the end, the Ninja headed inside the Land Bounty while P.I.X.A.L. stood outside and zapped the vehicle into the Never-Realm.

The Never-Realm

The Land Bounty lands on a cliff, forcing the Ninja to evacuate and during the process, Cole loses the Traveler's Tea. This causes an argument with Jay before Lloyd breaks up the fight and suggests they head down the mountain to avoid freezing.

After hiking through frigid temperatures, the Ninja finally make it to a forest where it's still cold. In addition, the Ninja face danger when they are approached by wolves. The Ninja flee from the danger, but Lloyd runs into a tree giving a chance for the wolves to attack but in spite of that, the wolves head off somewhere else. What the Ninja don't realize is that one of the wolves is frozen on a tree.

Following the unusual sight of wolves running away, the Ninja stumble upon some people who are also frozen. Nya is able to sense one of the victims realizing they have a heartbeat and are still alive, but Nya also gets a signal on the Titan Mech. Before they sought out to find the Mech, Jay believed they should help the people, but Lloyd and Nya stand their ground saying they should get more information before assisting the people.

Finding the frozen people.

After following the bleak signal for some time, the Ninja run into the wolves again, but this time they fight. They are able to hold their ground for some time until three mysterious people shoot arrows at the wolves causing them to run away.

The Ninja follow the people to a nearby village where they are greeted by Sorla. After both sides give their introductions, Sorla throws a potion into the hearth fire, and they are able to find Zane's location which is the Ice Emperor's Castle. Sorla tells them that Zane was most likely taken captive by the Ice Emperor and he is "lost." However, Lloyd believes Zane is strong and they will still come for him despite all the dangers she said. Sorla then warns them of General Vex who is out to get the Ninja.

Fire Maker

When Sorla states they must protect the Fire, Nya helps the Ice Fishers build a fortress in order to defend against the Blizzard Samurai.

Despite defending the Great Lake, the Ice Fishers sit around the empty Fire, freezing in the winter night. Kai continues to blames himself for not having his Elemental Powers before trying once more. This time, he is able to create the Fire, and the Ice Fishers chant "Fire Maker" due to his success.

An Unlikely Ally

While repairing the roof, Cole wonders why Nya's powers won't work on snow and ice. She eventually felt useless, and after throwing a snowball at Cole, they find Kai boasting about his Fire powers. She reprimands him before turning his hammock over to get him off it, and storms off.

Nya struggles to control ice.

Sorla confronted her and asks what's wrong. She laments the fact that Kai got his Elemental Powers back but she can't use her's. Sorla tries to convince her otherwise, but she is still unable to move ice. Lloyd found her, and asked that she and the rest of the Ninja protect the Great Lake while he goes to the Castle of Ice alone. Before he leaves, she gives him the device in case he gets close to the Titan Mech.

The Message

When the children of the village runs out in fear, Kai questioned what he did. He claimed to have told them about how Aspheera trapped Zane to the Never-Realm, and Nya asks if that's appropriate for them.

Meanwhile, Uthaug runs up to show the village he found a piece of Lloyd's gi and there were signs of a fight and avalanche. The villagers and Ninja are concerned and hoped he is safe.

The Traveler's Tree

Nya is first seen with Sorla trying control frozen water. She was unsuccessful at first but Sorla tells her to try again but when Nya does, she gets interrupted by Cole.

Nya is upset that her ice training isn't going well.

Later, Nya hears a roar coming from the mountain. Boma and Uthaug rushes to tell them Cole is also on the mountain, prompting Jay and Nya to go after him while Kai stays behind to protect the village.

Krag's Lament

Nya and Jay walk up the mountain. They are concerned when they hear Krag's roars. They found footprints that lead to a cave. They investigated it, and when they hear Krag, they attacked. When Cole explained Krag is his friend, he introduced them to Krag. Cole allows Krag come along with them down the mountain.

My Enemy, My Friend

Nya is snowboarding down the mountain along with Cole and Jay. Krag follows them down the mountain and they discuss on how they could make the Traveler's Tea. They are interrupted by a roar from a dragon and run off to hide behind the ice. They see the dragon head off for the village and run after the dragon. However, they arrive too late and they find the village frozen. Nya sees Sorla frozen and starts beating on the ice, frustrated and upset. Jay and Cole calm her down and Kai suggests to find the Land Bounty to fix it up and use it to distract the Ice Emperor. In the end, Nya smiles, agreeing.

Nya is devastated with the loss of Sorla.

A Fragile Hope

Nya is searching for the Land Bounty with the rest of the Ninja and Krag. Unfortunately, they get chased by Frost Wolves, but it leads them to the Land Bounty. There, they scared off the wolves and worked to get the Land Bounty starting up. When the wolves return, Nya is able to start up the Land Bounty and they use it to outrun the wolves.

Once and for All

Nya drives the Bounty towards the Ice Emperor's castle. When they are in sight of it, she tells Kai to let the others know they are approaching. None of them notice that they woke up Boreal when they passed by his resting spot. Eventually, Nya notices something is approaching them fast and Kai decides to take care of it. Very soon, Boreal rips away parts of the Bounty and chases down the Ninja, putting all of their survival into Nya's hands. She sees an opportunity and drives the Bounty around up a ledge. It cuts into Boreal's throat and they tumble down until they come to a stop, with the Bounty crushing Boreal unconscious.

Awakenings

After the Ninja recover from the chaos, Nya discovers that Boreal is entirely made up of ice. This leads Jay to believe that the Ice Emperor is an Elemental Master of Ice like Zane, but it suddenly hits Nya that the Ice Emperor is Zane. The Ninja exchange theories and questions that confirm it, eventually Kai tells them they have to warn Lloyd, but before they can do so, Boreal wakes up. At first, they try to escape but it is no use for Boreal could easily catch up to them. Kai whipped into the air and Nya runs to check on him.

Nya controlling ice for the first time

She finds him unconscious and sees Boreal going after her. She sees ice stalactites above him and tries to make the ice obey her. She succeeds and ice comes down, burrowing Boreal, and Jay and Cole congratulate her. However, Boreal emerges out of the pile and Nya apologizes for failing. Fortunately, her brother regains his Elemental Powers and melts Boreal. After their victory, they head off to the castle to get Zane and Lloyd.

Nya, the rest of the Ninja, and Krag arrive to find the realm returned to normal and embrace Lloyd and Zane. After spending many days in the Never-Realm, they decide to return to Ninjago. Eventually, they are able to get home and are greeted by an overjoyed Wu and P.I.X.A.L., who embraces them. In the end, they all wait for Cole and Lloyd to return.

Prime Empire Original Shorts

Let's Dance

Nya and Jay bump into each other, and she suggests they do something together. Jay declined because he wanted to go to Benny's Arcade Emporium, but offers to something she wants when he gets back. She cheers up and exclaimed she wanted to take dance lessons, to which he reluctantly agrees.

In the dance class, they started to dance, but Jay is more successful than her. He managed to impress the whole class and Vlad Tutu. Seeing Nya disappointed, Jay dances with her again.

After class is over, Nya said she wanted to do something Jay wanted in return. They go to the arcade and he leads her to a videogame called Dancy Pants, revealing how he got his talent. Lloyd then called him to tell him about the Mechanic's break-in at a warehouse, but the two delayed the mission to play the game first.

Upgrade

After the Mechanic got away, Jay and Nya arrive at the scene, and Lloyd questions their whereabouts. Both of them lie about where they were actually were.

Prime Empire

Would You Like to Enter Prime Empire?

The Mechanic and his crew are caught by the Ninja inside the old electronics warehouse. A fight for the motherboard ensues with The Mechanic running away from the scene. However, he is captured during a high-speed chase.

After The Mechanic is arrested, the Ninja decide to investigate his headquarters. As they were looking around, Jay discovers an old video game called Prime Empire and messes with it while the rest of the Ninja continue to explore.

The Ninja enter another room and see mysterious logos all over the place. A monitor boots up behind some books, so Zane pushes them aside to see it. the monitor questions the Ninja if they found the motherboard, and Zane responds typing in the keyboard. The monitor replies back, saying that Unagami is happy and to activate the game, then turns itself off. Lloyd then questions on who's Unagami.

They head back to tell Jay, but he mysteriously disappears.

Dyer Island

Nya along with the rest of the Ninja try to figure out where Jay is. They then find out Prime Empire is on and realize Jay entered the game after finding a recording of him.

The Ninja then interrogate The Mechanic but he refuses to answer any questions. Lloyd is annoyed so he directs the Police Commissioner to send him to Kryptarium Prison. Zane then informs the group that Prime Empire was created by Milton Dyer, so they decide to search for him.

They all reach Dyer Island and encounter traps such as lasers and robot dogs. Bob the Intern then turns the security system off after his shower and allows the Ninja to enter. They ask Bob questions although Bob thought they would come with answers about Milton Dyer's status. Furthermore, Bob does tell the Ninja that Milton Dyer was seeking revenge after being fired which prompted the Ninja to believe Milton Dyer was Unagami.

Level Thirteen

The Ninja head to Borg Tower to see the analysis Cyrus Borg ran on the Arcade Pod. They find out that the game is a host to over eight-hundred players and is controlled by Unagami. In order to rescue Jay, Cole begins playing the game.

While Cole is playing, The Mechanic, Ultra Violet, Captain Soto, and a couple of other prisoners who escaped enter Borg Towers to find the Arcade Pod. When they arrived on the top floor, the rest of the Ninja would fight with the escaped prisoners. When Cole finished the game, the Ninja are able to enter Prime Empire with Zane taking out the motherboard before leaving Borg Tower.

Meanwhile, Nya along with Kai, Cole, and Lloyd marvel at their surroundings at the look at marketplace.

Superstar Rockin' Jay

Nya and her friends continued to look for Jay inside Prime Empire until they are attacked by the Red Visors. He along with the rest of the Ninja attempt to use Spinjitzu and their Elemental powers, but only end up getting dizzy from spinning with no tornado forming around them and doing Jazz hands. As they duck for cover. Nya then witnesses "Jay" fighting a Red Visor and calls to her friends about this, who seem to also see other Jays fighting. Confused on why there was more than one Jay, Cole explains that they are some of the people trapped inside the game and made their avatars look like Jay. When they spot drones coming, the Jays tell them to follow as they double jump to the rooftop. Cole tells them what the double jump was and Kai told him that made no sense, but went with it anyway as the drones followed them.

Being cornered by drones from all sides, the Ninja and Jay Avatars fight the drones. The Jay Avatars being easily able to take them out, while the Ninja struggle with one of their own. Following Jay's advice, they head to an alleyway below after hearing a codename.

The Ninja suddenly spot three Red Visors up ahead. Lloyd, Nya, and Cole hide, but Kai, thinking the game has unlimited lives, stands in the open and taunts the Red Visors. The Red Visors kill him and Kai respawns again after the Ninja defeated the Red Visors. Kai re-spawns and expresses how much he likes the ability of "infinite lives". Cole tries to tell him how lives in a video game really works, but Kai ignores him as they move on.

Arriving at the location, which was an empty parking lot, the Ninja are confused by the turn of events; Kai concludes that the Jay avatars are crazy since they love Jay so much when a masked stranger holds them at gunpoint. Nya tells him the code name the Jay Avatars mentioned earlier and the man invites the Ninja inside his hidden garage.

The man reveals his name to be Scott and what he's been doing in Prime Empire, when Kai accidentally kills himself by touching one of Scott's belongings; That being explosive. Upon re-spawning, Kai tells Scott how cool it is to have infinite lives. Scott denies this and shows him his health board, which is down to one. Kai gets mad at his friends for not saying anything and Cole responds by saying when he did try helping him, but he didn't want to hear anything.

Scott then shows them to a secret room where the rest of the League of Jay is. That's when Superstar Rockin' Jay appears and greets the Ninja.

I am Okino

Nya and the other Ninja Jay entered Terra Karana after learning that the Purple Key-Tana was located there. The ninja then saw a depressed Okino and honor him if he could guide them through Terra Karana.

The Glitch

Nya and the rest of the Ninja head out with Okino into the Forest of Discontent. Their first obstacles are bushes which contain the Thorns of Discontent. Nya decides to take one of the bushes as he easily destroys it.

As they continue walking, Nya then asked if what Okino said earlier was true; The Key-Tana being in a maze. Okino confirms this as a yes, as it was to be guarded by a dragon. Lloyd questions on how this was going to be a problem, as they have all faced dragons before. Okino denies this and tells them how strong this one really was.

At some point, Nya accidentally jumps into a pit. She then begins to sink into it as teeth surround her. Jay and Cole attempt to pull her out in vain and Nya screams as the sand and teeth swallow her. respawning, Nya is upset as well to see that she has also lost a life. Questioning what that was, Okino explains to Lloyd that was Swampteeth and reminiscences what he said earlier about the ground.

Okino and the Ninja eventually reach a point where he thinks the upcoming obstacle could be Strangler Vines. Lloyd finds out it's not, but they are ambushed by the Whack Rats. The Ninja defeat the Whack Rats and Ritchie is tied up. They interrogate him and Ritchie reveals that Unagami ordered them to ambush the Ninja. Lloyd then comments about Unagami preventing the Ninja from winning the game which confuses Okino. The Ninja then explain that Prime Empire is not a real-world and Unagami is the creator of the world. Originally, Okino doesn't believe it causing Jay thinks he is not programmed to understand the truth.

Realizing Unagami is playing dirty, the Ninja are about to leave, but Ritchie urges the Ninja to cut him down because he has an itch. Ritchie then tells the Ninja that there's a glitch in the game that can allow the Ninja to bypass the Forest of Discontent. The Ninja end up letting Ritchie down and he begins scratching his body.

Ritchie guides the Ninja to the glitch and he jumps in. Okino is confused at the sight as the rest of the Ninja enter as well. The Ninja are teleported to a purple cubed room. They walk forward and all of a sudden, the Red Visors appear and begin shooting the Ninja. The Ninja pull out their prime controllers to defend themselves as Ritchie looks on before leaving the room. The Ninja begin to lose lives until Okino enters and fights the Red Visors allowing the Ninja a chance to escape. Everyone but Lloyd is able to escape because Lloyd wants Okino to come along. Okino decides to stay with Lloyd as he pushes him through the portal.

The Ninja and Okino land outside the Forest of Discontent. Lloyd thanks Okino, but he is kneeling realizing the world he lives in is not real. Okino thinks he's a pawn, but Lloyd downplays the idea as he tells Okino that he made his own decision, not Unagami. Lloyd then tells Okino to trust in himself and in the Ninja as friends and as an ally to help them get past Terra Karana.

The Cliffs of Hysteria

As Nya is walking to Shifty's shop, he compliments her and calls her "Flower Nya" much to her dislike of the name. When Shifty lists the Rope of Supreme Durability, Jay freaks out and refuses to buy the Rope of Questionable Integrity causing Nya to calm down Jay. Shifty then sees a drone in the area and talks about Sushimi which confuses Nya.

After the Red Visors appear, Nya and the Ninja begin climbing the Cliffs of Hysteria. She uses her prime controllers to defend herself and is able to reach the top. Lloyd is also able to reach the top and brings with him a Red Visor. Nya begins tampering with its controls and begins asking questions about Unagami.

The Maze of the Red Dragon

The Ninja and Okino begin dashing through traps and just before Cole asks Okino where to go, Unagami pauses the game to speak with Okino. The Ninja ask again when the game is unpaused and Okino leads them once more.

They make it to where the Red Dragon is and the Purple Key-Tana. Jay attempts to steal it when the dragon is sleeping, but the Ninja accidentally awaken it when they save Jay. Nya and the Ninja struggle to attack the Red Dragon until Okino strikes the dragon on its weak spot. The Ninja begin striking that same point until Jay grabs the Key-Tana and takes out the remaining lives.

One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

Jay introduces Terra Technica to Nya and the other ninja and they decide to sign up for the Speedway Five-Billion. Unfortunately, they don't have enough credits to enter the race and to make matters worse, they are surrounded by Red Visors. Jay fights one of them and is forced to have a weapon upgrade which causes them to need more credits once they are done fighting. They then see an advertisement for a dance competition and decide to enter in order to obtain more credits.

Jay and Nya begin dancing and rank up points rapidly. This impresses the rest of the Ninja as they didn't realize Jay was an excellent dancer. As Jay is dancing, he sees another couple dancing well and feels like they won't catch up, but Nya claims they have what they don't have, chemistry.

Both Nya and Jay realize that their rivals the blue haired couple are cheating their way to victory when one of them shoves another couple out of the game and kicks Nya in the heel, making them both realize they are cheating to win. The Red Visors then show up and begin interfering with the competition although Nya uses it to her advantage.

Jay and Nya see only thirty seconds remaining, more Red Visors are approaching, and the other dancers are ahead of them by at least one-thousands points. Knowing that in order to win, they must perform a big dance move, Nya jumps at the Red Visors and kicks them away, telling Jay to catch her. Jay panics, knowing that they never performed that move. Nya denies this and says that she trusts him, as she runs at him. Jay then tosses Nya in the air, spinning her around until Jay holds her up by the foot, then throws her back up. As she spins again, Jay then catches Nya by the hands while she is upside down and they spin, tripling their points. As they perform the move, Jay happily announces his love for Nya, again, and she smiles at him.

After winning the competition, Jay and Nya cash out their earnings to enter the race. The Ninja then realize they need cars, but Jay claims he knows someone who can lend them cars, so they head out to Scott.

Racer Seven

Scott shows the Ninja all of the vehicles he has and commented that he wouldn't race due to having only one life left. Jay replies by saying that some things are worth fighting for, but Scott doesn't want to be a hero. Jay then explains that Scott has been in the game for way too long.

While Lloyd heads out to check out the track, the rest of the Ninja begin making repairs to their vehicles. While Nya is working on her car, she falls down and Jay checks to see if she's okay. Nya then gets upset that her vehicle is now destroyed, but Lloyd comes back telling the team that he thinks Racer Seven can drive. However, Scott reveals that Racer Seven is programmed to lose which gets affection from Jay and Nya. Lloyd then goes out to find her.

After a grueling day, the Ninja rebuild four vehicles but still need another one. That's when Racer Seven arrives, so the Ninja and Scott come out to greet her. Lloyd then asks if she will participate or not.

The Speedway Five-Billion

While the Ninja are talking to Racer Seven, the alarm sounds as Red Visors begin shooting the base. Lloyd said he would hold them off, but the Ninja won't let him, so Scott decides to hold off the Red Visors. The Ninja are able to escape, but Jay cries out when Scott is cubed.

The Ninja are able to enter the race. After Coe and Kai decide to sacrifice themselves, Jay and Nya scream for their friends while Lloyd hangs his head down in despair while Unagami's drones pick up the cubes.

The Whack Rats then attempt to move Racer Seven out of first, but the Ninja get in their way. Racer Seven crosses the finish line first and wins as everyone cheers.

Jay, Nya, Lloyd, and Racer Seven are the crowned the winners of the race and handed the Yellow Key-Tana. Seven hands it to Jay, as he states that they can make Unagami bring their friends back. They just have to get the Orange Key-Tana and confront him. Red Visors begin to appear again and Seven tells them she can handle this. The remaining Ninja run away as the Red Visors confront Racer Seven and asks where they are. Seven plays dumb and they claim Unagami will find the Ninja. Seven denies this and says that the Ninja will be going after Unagami instead.

Stop, Drop and Side Scroll

The remaining Ninja - Lloyd, Nya, Jay - head through Terra Technica and sneak past Red Visors. As they move, they watched of replay Kai and Cole being cubed from the Speedway Five-Billion, discouraging them. Lloyd tells the two of them that Kai and Cole would want them to keep on moving, which they do so. Jay shows them to the last Arcade Pod that would take them to the next area, Terra Domina.

When arriving, they find themselves in a side-scrolling platform, where they have to beat all the levels to reach the end. Jay describes how this works: As they keep moving, the ground will disappear behind them and will go faster as they progress, as they keep moving they will need to dodge objects and falling bricks if one of them dies, they all have to start over. As Nya questions the last rule, she is hit by a giant swinging sledgehammer with spikes, killing her.

The trio respawn back at the beginning, with Nya on her last life. Lloyd expresses his annoyance about having to repeat that again. Jay tells them if they pay attention, they can do this. As they get farther, Jay passes three of the same hammers that killed Nya earlier. As he flosses in his victory, he barley evades a falling brick. As he laughs at the brick, another one falls and crushes him.

They respawn back at the start again, now with Jay standing on his last life. They move on again and Lloyd gets blocked by a giant wall. He tries to double jump over it but doesn't have enough room to get high enough. Instead, he hits the wall and falls to his death.

The three respawn back at the beginning once more, now with all of them down to one life. Jay tells them that they can't afford any more mistakes. This time, they make it through the first section.

The music gets faster and Jay realizes this as the game is getting harder. They are then greeted by an infinity maze going upwards and the floor slowly disappearing beneath them. They travel upwards and after a while, they slowly get tired. Just as they think the side-scroller is endless, Nya gets a Loot-Box and unlocks the ability to perform Airjitzu. Jay and Lloyd tell Nya to go on without them but says for them to grab and hold tight and flies up to the top.

When they arrive at the top, they find themselves having to choose a champion to face their most dreaded challenger and obtain the Orange Key-Tana. Lloyd is chosen and walks in the fighting arena. Unagami chooses and spawns Lloyd's most dreaded challenger, which was Harumi, which surprises Lloyd. Jay and Nya try to warn him of what Unagami is doing, but a dome blocks them from entering the arena and mutes their voices from the inside.

Jay and Nya obtain the Orange Key-Tana, but they lose Lloyd has he's cubed. Jay then tells Nya that they will stop Unagami and finish it for those who were lost.

The Temple of Madness

Jay and Nya arrive at the Temple of Madness, passing through conveyor belts of shurikens while hand in hand, using skills they previously learned in their dance lessons to guide them through. They successfully make it through without losing any lives, despite a glitch occurring on one shuriken that was unpredictable.

Jay thinks the next level will be more challenging than the previous, as this is normally what video games do when the player progresses, but they end up at Sushimi's Sushi Restaurant. Thinking it’s a provided time to recharge, Jay and Nya take a seat, however, their waitress turns against them, making them realize it’s actually an attack. She throws knives and Monster Sushi at Jay and Nya, but they evade her attacks and defeat her. The Monster Sushi attack Jay, but Nya helps him shake them off.

Three red sushi chefs enter the room and begin throwing dishes and knives at Jay and Nya. Jay and Nya flip and push the tables in front of them as shields. They take out two of the chefs before having to deal with the pieces of Monster Sushi again. Jay and Nya defeat two of the chefs, but the third summons Sushimi, the Mad Sushi Chef. Jay and Sushimi fight with Sushimi’s weapon of choice, Chopsticks, but realizing they had to defeat him quicker, throw Monster Sushi on Sushimi’s face. Jay throws him on the conveyer belt and Nya turns it on, sending the chef flying across the room and opening the door to a staircase leading to a firewall, the last thing between them and Unagami.

Jay and Nya hug, but unexpectedly Sushimi has walked up the staircase and throws a malice at the couple. Nya sees him and quickly pushes Jay away, but is killed and cubed in the process. Jay, enraged, throws the malice back at Sushimi, destroying him.

In despair, Jay breaks down over Nya's death, saying he couldn't do this alone. Unagami tells Jay to surrender or suffer the same fate. Jay refuses and switches the Key-Tanas, closing down the firewall. Before leaving, Jay tells Nya's energy cube that he'll set things right and runs off to face Unagami.

Game Over

Nya was seen walking out the Manifestation Gate along with the other Ninja and the trapped players and was happily reunited with Jay.

Master of the Mountain

Shintaro

Nya and Jay are raking leaves until Jay decides to use Spinjtizu although Nya advises not to do it. When Jay is finished, Wu is buried underneath and doesn't say a word as he heads back inside.

Nya and the rest of the Ninja get excited when they received an invitation to the Kingdom of Shintaro. Later, Nya and the Ninja head to the Ivory City via the Destiny's Bounty. However, they encounter the Dire Bats. One of the Dire Bats swipes Nya and corners her, but Lloyd jumps on the bat and he flees. However, the Bounty still descends after one of the Dire Bats runs into the pole containing the sail. Although all hope seemed lost, the Army of Shintaro carry the ship while Hailmar greets the Ninja and shows them the Kingdom of Shintaro on the horizon.

Into the Dark

Nya and the Ninja are marvel at the beauty of the Ivory City and escorted inside the Throne Room where they meet King Vangelis and Princess Vania.

During the night, Cole wakes up everyone and tells the Ninja about encountering a purple monster that contained his mother's necklace. However, Nya and the Ninja think Cole was dreaming and tell him to go back to sleep.

The Worst Rescue Ever

Nya and the other Ninja are strolling through the magnificent gardens, and realize that Cole is missing.

Suddenly, Princess Vania appears from out of a tunnel in a frenzy, telling the Ninja that she went into the Dungeons with Cole and found an underground mine filled with little creatures being forced to mine by black skeletons. Cole stayed behind to rescue them and told her to get help.

The seven of them go to tell King Vangelis, and he is angry at his daughter for disobeying his orders, endangering their guests. He says that he'll send his guards down at once to find Cole, but he will not allow the Ninja to go. The Ninja realize that the creature that Cole saw in his bedroom was real all along.

The Ninja leave the throne room and make secret plans to enter the dungeons behind the King's orders. Vania agrees to show them the way into the dungeons, and she leads the way back to the garden.

Wu agrees to stay behind with Vania, feeling as though he'll slow the rest of them down. The Ninja enter the cave and find that Vania was telling the truth. Zane detects simple weapons and crude fortifications from the skeletons, and the others suggest that they bust up the bags of bones, and rescue Cole nice and quickly.

They all agree, and steal the keys to Cole's cage, and free him at last. In order to delay their capture, Zane blocks an entrance off for the skeletons with his shuriken. Cole tells them to keep the volume down, as there's a winged masked man who lives in the temple in the center.

The two tribes of creatures that live in the dungeons, the Geckles and Munce, start to quarrel with each other, causing a ruckus. This alerts the Awakened Warriors, who begin to attack the Ninja. Lloyd orders Jay and Nya to take our the warriors, while the rest of them run away. The Ninja the others are in shock, watching the Geckles and Munce call each other "blade stealers." Meanwhile, the Ninja find that the Awakened Warriors go down without much trouble.

While trying to defend themselves, Zane realizes that his Elemental Powers are no use in the dungeons.

All the commotion causes the masked man to exit his temple. The man reveals himself as the Skull Sorcerer, a masked man in a black gown with wings, wielding a glowing green skull. The Skull Sorcerer uses the green skull in his hand to awaken the black skeletons around him, overwhelming the Ninja, leading to their defeat and eventual capture.

The Two Blades

Nya and the other Ninja are put to work by the Awakened Warriors, forced to mine heaping amounts of Vengestone, which explains their inability to use their powers.

After causing a ruckus, they are locked up in a cage with several Geckles. When Gliff picks a fight with Murt, the Ninja begin to wonder where their feud started.

Gliff explains that long ago, a hero named "Gilly" (who the Munce argues was named "Milly,") entered the mountain with two blades to defend the Geckles and Munce from a terrible dragon known as Grief-Bringer (who the Munce argues was called "Mief-Bringer.") After defeating the dragon, "Gilly" left behind her blades as gifts to the Geckles and Munce — leaving the Ivory Blade of Deliverance to the Geckles, and the Shadow Blade of Deliverance to the Munce.

The two tribe's feud started when the Munce apparently stole their blade, however, the Munce argues that the Geckles were the ones that stole the blade. The Ninja come to the conclusion that it was actually the Skull Sorcerer who stole both blades, in order to get control over both tribes. While the tribes fight over themselves, they can't fight the Skull Sorcerer.

Lloyd puts together a plan to get the two tribes to make a truce so they can all break out. Word is passed around through Geckles and Munce about a secret meeting after lunch, and when the time comes, they discuss retrieving both Blades by defeating the Skull Sorcerer.

Later, the Ninja break out of their cages by getting a Minos to eat through their chains. The Ninja split up, while Cole and Lloyd attempt to find the two blades, Zane and the others go about releasing the remaining Geckles and Munce. A few minutes later, chaos ensues, as Cole and Lloyd are chased away by the Skull Sorcerer.

In the commotion, the Ninja are split up so that Jay, Nya, and Lloyd go one path, while Zane and Kai go down another. Cole is further separated from the group as he is chased by the Skull Sorcerer.

Queen of the Munce

Jay, Nya, and Lloyd follow the Munce to their home; however, Murt cannot remember where to go. Feeling like they'll never escape the tunnel, Jay begins to moan, but Nya finds footprints and they follow the tracks. Jay quickly changes his attitude saying he was always optimistic which earns a stern look from the others.

The Ninja, including Jay, are introduced to Queen Murtessa, and she begins to take affection for Jay despite Nya claiming they are together. Murtessa then allows the Ninja to stay and calls Nya a "Yang Servant".

Nya is furious at Jay for not stepping up and defending Nya. When the Munce call the Ninja for their meal, they only request Jay to enter. Jay wasn't listening and was about to enter, but Nya pulls him aside and demands everyone to eat together.

While at the dining room, Jay continues to brag about his abilities such as turning all of the crystals to blue using his Elemental Powers. Murtessa is impressed and asks Jay if he has a special interest, but Nya interjects herself and claims she is with Jay. Murtessa then challenges Nya to a duel to determine Jay's partner, and Nya agrees.

Before the fight, Jay tells Nya that fighting isn't a good idea. Nya then tells Jay that if she doesn't fight, he would be stuck here forever, and eating disgusting food. Jay then begs Nya to win the fight.

Jay watches Nya take on Murtessa. At first, Nya is struggling but is able to pull out a victory when she uses Spinjitzu to knock Murtessa out. The Munce watch in shock and declare Nya as the new queen.

Grief-Bringer

Nya watches the Munce fight over whether they should attend the truce meeting with the Geckles. In order to get their attention, she uses her Elemental Powers to blast a Munce and demands everyone to head to the meeting. The Munce obey her orders and they head off.

When they get to the meeting point, Nya is surprised to see Kai as the chancellor of the Geckles. The siblings take a moment to hug each other, but the rivalry of the Geckles and Munces intensifies and they point weapons at each other. Nya and the Ninja are able to break up the conflict, but they are forced to flee after hearing the sound of Grief-Bringer.

The Darkest Hour

The Ninja, Geckles, and Munce are running away from Grief-Bringer and decide to hide in the Geckle Strong-Cave.

When Nya and the Munce are trying to close the gate, Kai and the rest of the Ninja head out to buy time for them to close it. The Ninja perform Spinjitzu to defeat most of the Awakened Warriors, but they quickly rebuild themselves. Murtessa is able to break the chains to the gate and the Ninja retreat back in.

Tensions once rise between the two tribes as Gulch is upset that the Munce are in his shelter.

Even though both sides dislike each other, they both are fearful when Grief-Bringer and the Awakened Warriors attempt to tear down the gate. Nya recognizes a pile of rocks covering something and asks the Geckles and Munce to work together to remove the rocks. Kai marvels at their teamwork, and when they're done, he enters first. However, he discovers there's no other way out.

Murtessa and Gulch apologize to each other and Kai and Nya officially establish peace with the opposing tribes. At the same time, the Skull Sorcerer destroys the gate and is about to fight until the Ninja decide to surrender themselves and allow the Geckles and Munce to be free. The Skull Sorcerer agrees and the Ninja are taken away.

The Upply Strike Back!

Nya and the Ninja are locked up in a cage and overlook the Geckles and Munce working in the mines. Nya feels foolish for trusting the Skull Sorcerer that he would keep his promise.

The Skull Sorcerer approaches their cage and informs the Ninja they'll be destroyed by Grief-Bringer. The Skull Sorcerer then reveals himself to be Vangelis and tells the Ninja he disposed Cole and Wu into the heart of the mountain.

During the execution ceremony, Nya and the Ninja watch in fear as Grief-Bringer is about to be released, but he doesn't come out. Cole then shows himself and fights the Skull Sorcerer. The Ninja cheer him on and wish they could join the fight as well. While the Munces and Geckles are also fighting, Plundar and Adam free the Ninja so they could join the fight.

The Son of Lilly

Nya continues to fight the Awakened Warriors alongside the Ninja, Upply, Munce, and Geckles. Despite being overwhelmed, they receive aid when Vania and the Winged Guards of Shintaro arrive as well.

After Cole unlocks the Spinjitzu Burst, Nya watches Vangelis being taken away by his former guards.

During the ceremony, Vania is declared Queen of Shintaro and she promises peace for everyone. After the ceremony is finished, the Ninja wave good-bye as they board the Bounty.

Prior to The Island

Sometime after the ninja settled back down following the battle for Shintaro Mountain, Nya invented a dance sequence in secret for Dancy Pants and named it "The Electric Jaya" after Jay and herself, and she was excited to show it to Jay. Nya spoke on this and a number of other topics in an interview conducted with her at the monastery before Cecil Putnam showed up.

The Island

Uncharted

Nya and the rest of the ninja met with Cecil Putnam in the Monastery of Spinjitzu, with Cecil informing them that Misako and Master Wu had gone missing on a mission with Clutch Powers to find an uncharted island in the storm belt. The ninja, including Nya, then headed to the Destiny's Bounty to find Tim Batterson and head to the island.

Approaching the storm belt on the Bounty with P.I.X.A.L on board, Nya and the other ninja were informed that, because the storm belt was too strong for the Destiny's Bounty to fly any further, they would have to deploy onto catamarans to reach the island. The ninja and Twitchy Tim then deployed onto the boats to approach the island, with Nya on the same catamaran as Lloyd and Tim.

After sailing for some time, Nya noticed waves, indicating that they were approaching somewhere. The fog then revealed that there was a large mass of rock formations in front of them, threatening to destroy their catamaran. The other ninja also noticed the same thing.

Dodging the rock formations in a heavy storm, Lloyd noticed a rock formation too narrow to sail through. Nya responded by pressing one of the buttons on the catamaran, causing the boat to become narrower and longer, allowing the boat to pass through.

Reaching the island, P.I.X.A.L sent large containers with 3 Jungle Choppers to the ninja. Nya and the other ninja drove them a short distance along the coast of the island until they reached Miasko's abandoned base. Noticing a help sign made of stones, Nya later leapt into a Jungle Chopper with Twitchy Tim and sped off into the jungle with the other ninja in search of Wu and Misako.

The Keepers of the Amulet

Nya drove through the jungle in her Jungle Chopper alongside the other ninja. Taking a brief pause, Lloyd told the others that he thought he saw an animal.

Coming to a stretch of narrow, dense jungle, Nya and the others dismounted their vehicles and started walking into the tropical forest. Hearing something again, Nya looked around when a dragon came and pounced on her, licking her. Noticing that the dragon was friendly and only wanted to play fetch, Jay named it Zippy. Nya, after being told by Lloyd that they needed to focus on the mission, reluctantly used her water powers to throw a coconut far away, leading the dragon away from them.

Venturing deeper into the jungle, Nya and the ninja stumbled upon a statue. Telling the others that there was nothing to fear from the inanimate statue, Nya tapped on the statue, awakening it.

The Stone Guardians and its brothers jumped off, defeating the ninja. Despite her best efforts, Nya was thrown back at Lloyd by one of the Stone Guardians before they stacked to form a totem pole, blasting lightning at the ninja.

Nya and the other ninja retreated from the Stone Guardians, running across a rope bridge. Afterwards, Nya noticed Lloyd wasn't with the group when she was electrocuted alongside the other ninja by a mysterious force.

When Nya woke up she found herself and the other ninja tied down to a catamaran, sailing towards what turned out to be a coastal town. Nya and the others were forced onto a lift and sent to Chief Mammatus, where he accused them of attempting to steal the Storm Amulet, showing the amulet to them, revealed his group as the Keepers of the Amulet, and ordered the ninja to be jailed.

The Gift of Jay

The Keepers marched Nya and the other ninja to the prison cell while Jay was taken somewhere else. Nya and the others found Master Wu, Misako, and Clutch Powers in the cell, with Nya mentioning that she's worried about what the Keepers are going to do to Jay.

Later, Lloyd successfully unlocked the cell, ordering the ninja, Misako, and Wu split up to search for Jay. Regrouping later, the group informed each other that Jay was nowhere to be found. Noticing that Clutch Powers was missing, Nya and the others found him attempting to steal the Storm Amulet when they were caught and electrocuted by the Keepers.

Nya woke up tied to a stake on the beach and noticed the others in the same situation. She then noticed that the Keepers were bringing Jay out on a throne, carrying him to the end of a pier. Nya watched as the Keepers put Jay on a boat and sent him out onto the ocean. She then witnessed a speech by Chief Mammatus, proclaiming that Jay was a gift to Wojira, with Misako informing the others that Wojira was a powerful storm spirit. The group saw Wojira rise through the fog, Jay sailing right to it.

The Tooth of Wojira

Kai burned through the group's ropes, allowing Nya and the others to escape. When Chief Mammatus noticed the group free, he ordered the other Keepers to attack. Nya and the others fought through the attacking soldiers, running towards the coast. Zane created an ice bridge across the water to reach Jay. When Nya and the ninja arrived at his location, Lloyd attempted to free Jay from his ropes. However, Wojira shot a fireball at Lloyd, forcing him off Jay's boat. Lloyd shot back, knocking something off the beast. Nya and the other ninja watched as Jay was pulled into the fog by Wojira.

When the ninja returned to the beach, Nya watched Lloyd explain to the Keepers that Wojira doesn't exist, showing a wooden tooth that he picked up. Lloyd told them that the Keepers had been tricked to send sacrifices. Chief Mammatus explained that when Wojira appeared, the Keepers kept sending gifts to appease the beast, until they had nothing left. The Keepers decided to make the ultimate sacrifice to protect the amulet, which was why they sent Jay. At Nya's request, the Keepers agreed to help rescue Jay.

Later, Nya and the other ninja launched a surprise attack at the "Wojira"s hideout, defeating an army of escaped Kryptarium prisoners. During the fight, Ronin revealed himself to be the architect of the operation and began to escape in "Wojira". Suddenly, Twitchy Tim arrived on one of the Keepers' catamarans, ramming it into Ronin's vessel and sinking it. Nya picked Twitchy Tim out from the water.

With Ronin caught, Chief Mammatus apologized to the ninja when he noticed that the Storm Amulet was missing. Nya then noticed that Clutch Powers wasn't with the group, and quickly caught up to him at the pier and electrocuted him, returning the amulet to the Keepers.

The Virtues of Spinjitzu

Curiosity

Opening the door to figure out the source of the sound

Nya entered the courtyard after Wu was shocked to see a giant hole in the middle of the wall. Nya questioned whether Jay and Kai messed up again and Wu said that he instructed the two to meditate on the six fundamental virtues of Spinjitzu. After Jay and Kai forgot the six virtues, Wu asked Nya if she remembered, but she too failed to provide an answer.

With the ninja forgetting the virtues, Wu ordered them to meditate immediately. While meditating, Nya opened her eyes and got scared by Wu who was standing close to her. While Wu went away to attend to the door, Nya commented on how the ninja had incorrect meditating positions and would have to deal with a grumpy Wu. She then heard a roar and asked if the rest of the ninja heard it as well, but they tune her out trying to focus on meditating. Hearing the roar again, Nya decided to stop meditating and investigate the sound. When she opened the door, she was shocked to see Wu grasped by a green dragon. The ninja tried to fight the dragon, but the dragon was able to deflect their attacks and escape through a portal. The ninja then entered the portal hoping to save their master.

Balance

The ninja exited through the portal and saw the green dragon. Kai saw Wu and was about to run to him, but Nya pulled him back and pointed out the lava separating them and Wu. Watching Jay and Lloyd attempting to cross the lava, the rest of the ninja are ambushed by Pyro Whippers. Nya attempted to use his Elemental Powers, but was unable to use it due to the extreme temperatures. Realizing her attacks are ineffective, Nya began crossing the lava, but had to deal with the Lava Monster. Fortunately, they are saved by the Thunder Dragon and enter the next portal.

Wisdom

Nya and the ninja raced in the Speedway Five-Billion attempting to reach the portal at the finish line. However, the Whack Rats were blocking their way and kept respawning every time they were defeated. Lloyd then realized they needed to be defeated in order to get across and after he "died", he respawned near the portal. The rest of the ninja followed suit and entered the next portal.

Honesty

Nya and the ninja were trapped in a cage and watched as Kai and Jay jousted in order to earn their freedom. After Jay told the truth of falling in his win, the Ice Emperor was pleased Jay told the truth and freed the rest of the ninja. The Ice Emperor then opened the next portal for the ninja to find Wu.

Generosity

Nya and the ninja fought the Awakened Warriors in the Mines of Shintaro. After saving the Geckles from the warriors, the ninja used the catapult to launch themselves to the next portal.

Courage

Nya and the ninja found themselves on the Island of the Keepers with Nya in her Tuner Car. They discovered Wu held captive by the Legendary Dragon along with three other dragons surrounded by a forcefield. As a strategy, Nya suggested they assess the situation and look for weaknesses, but Kai disregarded all of the strategies suggested by the ninja and took the dragons head on. Kai destroyed the forcefield allowing Jay and Nya to defeat one of the smaller dragons. Despite the ninja defeating the dragons and saving Wu, their master informed them it was merely a lesson to teach the six Fundamental Virtues of Spinjitzu.

Seabound

A Big Splash

Tasked with stopping Miss Demeanor from escaping, Nya created a massive tornado made out of water. However, she was unable to control it as it spiraled towards a local village. The ninja were forced to abandon the chase on Miss Demeanor and evacuate the village to high ground just before the tornado of water flooded the village.

While the rest of the ninja informed Master Wu of their failed mission, Nya takes full responsibility and promises that she'll never lose control of her powers. When the other ninja seemingly agree, Nya becomes annoyed, which causes the emergency sprinkler activates, short circuiting all the electronics.

Frustrated, Nya takes her anger by training in the courtyards. While training, Kai walks by and suggests that her sister call their mother, Maya, to help with her problems. However, Nya loathes the idea still believing that she has stability as she destroys the training post.

While walking along the hallway, Nya passes by the bathroom, being cleaned by Jay, and the toilet suddenly bursts on him. She then sees the tap in the kitchen which ends up bursting on Zane, and the soda bottles bursting on Cole as Nya passes by the game room. Intent on leaving, Nya is stopped by the others, who try to speak to her, only to be interrupted by someone knocking at the gates. Nya gets it, discovering it is her parents. Maya greets her while Ray is carrying all their luggage before they leave to unpack. Realizing that her brother had gone against her wishes, Nya angrily confronts Kai, who can only shrug as he says 'What?'.

Crystalized

The Call of Home

After saving the sailors in her water dragon form

A ship was out in a storm causing Kwon to fall overboard. Luckily, Nya in her water dragon form saved the man and the crew thanked Nya for her help. Confused about the name, the dragon repeated the name before diving back into the sea.

While swimming, the dragon tried to recall where she heard the name "Nya". She is soon approached by another water spirit who questions her actions. The dragon tells her she interfered because it's who she is, yet she cannot remember who she was. They travel to the bottom to see if a boat was what she was looking for but it does not help her. So the water spirit suggested her to look above on the surface instead to which the dragon thanked her and said she will.

On her way to the surface, she saw lights floating along the water. The lights turned out to be lanterns with messages and she read some of them about thanking Nya and missing her presence. The last one she read tells her Jay must be very sad without her and asked her to come home. At Jay's name, she regained her memories, reminiscing those of her closest friends, family, and herself. She transformed into her humanoid water form and declared herself as Nya. Above the waters, she saw where the line of lanterns ended and swam for Lighthouse Island.

However, when she arrived, she found the lighthouse empty, except for some more lanterns and paintings of herself and Jay. She wondered how long she'd been gone when she saw Jay's portrait of himself with a beard and she suddenly lost form. She struggled to maintain it and realized she had to get back to the ocean. There, Nya found the water spirit and told her she remembered everything about herself and her, who was Nyad, the one who fought off Wojira. Although Nyad didn't remember that and simply told Nya that was nice. Nya then begged for her help to break free from the ocean to go home but Nyad told her that it was impossible since she merged with the sea connecting her completely with the sea forever.

Discouraged, Nya sank to the bottom and Nyad came after her, asking why she was sad when she had everything in the ocean forever. Nya replied that she could never be happy in the ocean when all her friends were back home and her fear of forgetting everything again. Nyad apologized and told her with the sea connected to her elemental powers, there was no way she could give those up. At that, Nya realized that if she could give up her powers, she could sever herself from the ocean. Nyad told her it could be possible but tells her she is her powers and asks what she would be without them. Nya confessed that was her greatest fear, becoming ordinary, but knew that losing her friends would be worse. She hugged Nyad and thanked her for everything, telling her she had to go. When Nyad asked where, Nya said "Home" and took off to find her friends.

Roots

Nya watched as Wu convinced the ninja to unite and give up their Elemental Powers and Golden Weapons. She later watched with Wu as the Crystal King corrupted all of Ninjago.

After the Crystal King was defeated, Nya, standing next to Wu, asked how that was possible.

Meeting back with Lloyd and the other ninja, she hugged Jay.

Later, she aided the ninja as they rebuilt the Monastery, talking to Benthomarr with Jay.

Quest for the Lost Powers

After the other ninja left the Monastery to regain their elemental powers, Nya was busy fighting off threats to Ninjago in her Samurai X mech.

Later, Nya went with Jay to a remote island resort. Telling Jay to get a walk by himself to relax, several hours later Nya found him and Unagami in one of the forests on the island. She revealed that she placed a tracker on Jay, knowing that he would get lost easily.

The Elemental Mechs

The Mech Master

Nya accompanies Kai, Cole, Arin, Sora, and Riyu to the Crossroads to attend the Mech Master 5000, having some of Grab-Barg's pies before reassuring Sora, who was unable to register, that she can do it next year.

Before it could get underway, the Mechanic shows up, disables the mechs, and steals them for himself. Nya tries to go after him first, but is rammed down along with the stolen mech she was on top of.

After Sora defeated the Mechanic, she accompanies Kai, Cole, Arin, Sora, and Riyu as they leave while eating pies.

Nya and Zane were filmed by NinjaFanInfinity and SpinjitzuForDays99, putting out a fire that was lit on a building in the Crossroads while Sora and Riyu evacuate the residents.

She, alongside Lloyd, Kai, and Zane, check up on Lobbo before he joins the ninja students and Riyu on an instant party Sora initiated, using Lobbo's mech.
