Cliff Gordon's Handbook to Wooing Women (also referred to as Cliff Gordon's Guide to Wooing Women) is a book written by Cliff Gordon. Jay attempted to use advice from the book, but he ended up making his situation worse as a result.

After Jay learned that Cliff Gordon was his real father, he discovered this book in his mansion.

On a Wish and a Prayer

While Jay was reading the book, Nya asked him what the book was. Jay replied with "Understanding the power of your feminine side". Later, the book was destroyed by the Tiger Widow when it struck its fangs into the book.

Women love mystery. When talking to them, less is more

This says that women like things mysterious. When asked about the mansion, Jay uses this lesson by only telling Nya that it was his secret hideout.

Don't tell them the truth. Tell them what they want to hear

Men use this to get women to fall for them, but Jay took this the wrong way by saying that Zane was in the ocean, when not.
